Relish Burger Bar

Relish WAS my favorite restaurant in the area. Not a huge menu, but everything was great and they had the best burgers around. Quality wasn't quite the same after Covid, but still a better burger than anywhere else. We went again last night for the first time in a while and I'm sad to say it was AWFUL. The burgers were disgustingly greasy and so salty my fingers are still swollen the next day. I love lettuce and took it off because it was almost black and dripping in grease. The bottom bun was soggy from it. Even the nachos, which use the be the best we could get anywhere, were awful - a few teaspoons of meat with some melted cheese and black beans on chips - with a cup of salsa in the middle. I asked about it when our waiter came around and he said they changed the menu a little while ago. They used to come with a queso, pico, guacamole and sour cream. They also used to have so many toppings, meat included, that we'd finish the cups before the toppings and eat the rest with a fork. Relish used to be my go-to, but unless we hear from someone that quality has gone back to where it was before, we won't ever be back. I can get a better burger at Habit. I don't mind paying a higher price for a better burger, but when the cost goes up and the quality drops that low, it's no longer worth it.

Seating & service was excellent.Nice menu. Plenty to choose from besides burgers.We all ordered different types of burgers with good sides.The big bummer is the dense, dry buns on the burgers. I looked around the restaurant and we weren't the only ones, leaving bread behind.A fresh brioche bun would change everything. Any soft bun would help. My son warned us that the buns seem stale-dry-too much bread but we tried it anyway.Great ambiance & location

Relish offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a fantastic perk - kids eat free on Sundays! We were glad we came in on a Sunday to discover this.Drinks were top-notch, adding to the overall dining experience.The outside seating provided a pleasant ambiance, perfect for enjoying a meal on a sunny afternoon.The food was absolutely delicious. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I find myself still craving for the caramelized onions.. mmm...They truly elevate the burger experience to a whole new level.

Used to be a huge fan of this joint. Danielle O was really great, but the food / kitchen service needs improvement. Burgers took forever to cook. My 1/2 pound build your own, came out undercooked. Not much flavor or seasoning, slathered in secret sauce. The lettuce tasted off. Bun kind of came apart was dry. The fries and $5 draft of drakes was the highlight. The bartender girl was chatting up some guy it was like i was interrupting her for a drink? We tried to come here yesterday to watch the super bowl but they were closed! At 2pm for the game. Takeout only. Weird its a sports bar with tons of tvs inside and out.The menus and food are drab, prices way up. This joint used to be packed it was pretty slow. Disappointing to say the least. They also took forever to cash us out. Danielle was cool but had way too many tables to work outside as well.Restaurant 101 if you are going to charge like $18 + for specialty burgers, GIVE people something flavorful and amazing. It's like the chef lost his or her taste buds or they don't really care whats going out.Got home and got massively Nauseous. Took a few hours then passed. Unreal.

7/21/2023: Welp~Ms. Dottie declined having her tooth pulled at her EDH Town Center Boulevard dental appointment! Therefore, Ms. Dottie wanted inhaling a delicious burger for lunch rather than the inability eating.We rolled into RBB and immediately we were seated by Ms. Kelly who directed us to the Disabled table since, Ms. Dottie was sitting in her wheelchair. Ms. Kelly brings out two RBB menus:Ms. Dottie decides she wants inhaling a medium-cooked, Western Burger with H2O while I ordered a medium-rare, Bison Burger, a ginger-ale made with bitters, H2O with lemon slices, and a small, Balsamic Vinegar, Tossed Salad.Upon the arrival of her Western Burger, Ms. Dottie exclaims, "OH, MY!!!!!" The Western Burger was too large for Ms. Dottie holding; the Male Waitstaff quickly took Ms. Dottie's plate, cut the burger in half in order, making the burger manageable for Ms. Dottie inhaling. In fact, the Western Burger was the size of Ms. Dottie's face~LOL!Happily, Ms. Dottie was wolfing down her burger, "This IS the BEST, most delicious burger I have eaten my entire life . . . " BTW: Ms. Dottie just turned 100-years old and she has never eaten beef raised from Harris Ranch BeefCoalinga, CA, i.e., Fresno County. Moreover, she was so impressed, "I'm so surprised by the high-quality meat cooked here and the taste of the beef is absolutely marvelous, wonderful, I mean-DELICIOUS . . . I can't stop eating my burger despite, I'm full!"You read every word correctly--RBB has Ms. Dottie's approval; however, she stated she'd better stop eating her burger in order, ". . . savoring the rest for her dinner."Lol! My Bison Burger was exceptional as well as the salad was delicious, too. I returned Ms. Dottie to her residence:"Where's my Western Burger, Shirley?""Oh, I put your burger inside the refrigerator.""Wonderful! I'm going to eat every morsel of the Western Burger for my dinner, Shirley. Um~May we return to the Burger Restaurant soon--hopefully, next week? I love that Restaurant . . . It's so nicely decorated, the bathroom was clean, and my Western Burger--HEAVENLY!!!!"Well, Relish Burger Bar: You now made an 100-year old an RBB burger fan while I'm a returning customer!Cheers!

Food - horrible Service - idk (we had it delivered)Ambiance - idk (we had it delivered)Went to visit a friend who was house and dog sitting and decided to have dinner delivered. This place had good reviews and the menu looked like what we wanted for dinner. We got the cauliflower wings, pickle fries, chicken Cobb sandwich and the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Not only was our order delivered late, the food was cold on arrival and if you've ever ordered fried pickles (the pickle fries) or fried cauliflower (the cauliflower wings) the you know exactly what was wrong with our order. The pickle fries and the cauliflower wings were beyond saving - and we did try to save them by putting them in the air fryer for 15 minutes which did not bring them back. The photos show how our food arrived. Soggy, limp and cold. The sandwiches had good flavor but they arrived cold which was not what we were expecting. Honestly nothing was as expected. It was a complete let down. Not only am I never returning, I've also let others know of our experience because it is incredibly expensive to order food, tip and receive subpar food delivered so late that the food is barely edible. Unless you are eating at the restaurant (which I cannot be sure but am hoping is true) the experience is not worth spending your hard earned money on. I would not even give this one star.

They have "Great burgers, best servers, good ambience and love their sweet potato fries, too!" It's always our go to when undecided what to have to eat.

Great food! Fast and friendly service. The place is busy so you can tell it's popular with the locals. Location is great as it's a few blocks off Highway 50. The ambiance is relaxing and comfortable. The music wasn't too loud and the full bar has a lot of choices to choose from. Perfect atmosphere for a date or out with friends. Both indoor and outdoor seating gives you space for gatherings.

Amazing food and service!!! The naan burger is a must try!.. the outside patio is wonderful

Burgers are consistently good. Very flavorful and juicy. Definitely need many napkins for the drips. Servers were very attentive and they have happy hour from 2:00 - 5:00.
