Regus California Campus Commons

Horrible company and a scam!!! Do not sign the agreement they will trick you into yearly payments. They renew their policies 3 months in advance. Even though i canceled because it wasn't before the 3 month renewal I'm stuck paying them until middle of next year for a service i do not use. AwfulCompany they are ripping people off. Unless you die that is the only way to terminate. They have no termination policy!! What kind of company operates likes this??? I am so very upset i chose to do business with them. They will be getting an extra 558 dollars from me without me using their service if not they send me to collections. Consumers beware!!!!

My company was in a pinch for a small office and started to use this Regus location as well as some in Southern California. Boy do we regret it now! First, they automatically charge a $30 monthly "amenities/ coffee fee" which is not mentioned in your agreement. When I reached out to their customer service all they said it can be removed in the online portal under "services & benefits". Well what a surprise there is no option for that on that page?? The online CSR never got back to me so I called in and I got another surprise, they had no answers for why that wasn't on the portal and that it had been removed the month prior??Second, our credit card was randomly charged 4 times in one day for amounts that did not match our invoice (about $0.20 more each than what was on our invoice). Instead of notifying us or reimbursing us they just added the over charges to the next months and blamed the difference in amounts on our credit card company?!

Campus Commons is a great, central location in Sacramento. Cynthia and Teresa are THE BEST front desk receptionists. They go out of their way to make everyone comfortable, and they do it with a smile. Everyone in the office has a good vibe about them, and I like seeing groups congregate in the kitchen area. I would recommend renting space here if you're looking for permanent or temporary space. You won't be disappointed!

I was working out of this office for about 10 months and absolutely loved it. It's extremely clean and well maintained. Any issues we had were resolved promptly. The tenants all get along so there is a friendly vibe in the office. The two Regus employees at the front desk, Cynthia and Teresa, are always courteous, professional, and overall great people to be around. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend Regus and especially this location!

Amazing facility!!! The company I work for was here for about 1 year and we never had any problems. Teresa and Cynthia at the front desk were very nice, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great Regus experience. I would highly recommend this location if you are a small-mid sized business, or looking for temporary space.
