Fantastic staff runs this Regus center, going above and beyond. Very accommodating and welcoming.The building itself is professional and perfect for entertaining clients. Regus is on 23rd floor overlooking the Capital. The building provides; bike lockers w/ showers, gym w/ sauna, fitness classes.

Obtaining office space for our growing company gets me out of my pajamas and away from the kitchen table Working from home is great but some days you need a dedicated area to avoid distractions or to meet with clients. This building is in the heart of Sacramento and Regus makes getting set up a breeze. Hungry but busy? Order from Specialty's via their app and run down when you have a moment got time to kill? Walk to a plethora of restaurants in a half mile radius. Kings game or arena event? Walk their after business hours. The Regus staff are friendly, professional, and have all the answers to establishing office space here. Did I mention there is a free gym?

Terrible company. They don't equip their staff with any tools to actually help their customers. They are constantly money grabbing, incredibly inconsiderate, the customer is never right -- never, and they will always stick you when they have the chance. This is at no fault of the front desk or support staff and all fault lies with the policies and procedures created by HQ and the broader company. They treat their employees like garbage, which would answer why they have such a revolving door when it comes to their employees. There is someone new every other day and they never stick around long. If you need to lease office space -- support a better, more ethical company, than this one.

It has been nothing but great since moving our office to the Regus Suite. The view of the Capitol never gets old, the kitchen/lounge area is always clean and stocked with coffee and tea goodness, and most important, the staff are amazing women, who always great you with good vibes and are just upbeat and pleasant to be around. It really is a down to earth yet very professional little community. Any request, big or small is taken with the most importance and handled effectively. Love this work space!

The office it self is awesome, beautiful views and clean, but the management is horrible. Scammers and shady when it comes to lease agreements and monthly payments. Be ware off that if you looking to use their place.

I've been really happy with this place, and love the front desk staff. Unfortunately I have been paying rent for an office that I am technically not allowed to use, due to the COVID-19 quarantine, which I've been adhering to. Hoping property management will cut a deal on the rent, which is not cheap for such a great location. Why should tenants be paying full price (or anything!) for an office we cannot use?

The staff are amazing and the view and common space space make working here even better.

I wish I can give Zero Stars. Please stay away from Regus. They will be overcharging the gullible first time small businesses with their so called "automatic" renewals that escalate by 30%.

I have never worked in a co-working space but I am so happy my company chose to go this route as we grow! The building itself is so impressive and our floor has the best views of Sacramento and the Capitol. I love being in the heart of the financial district where everything is within walking distance. All of our clients always compliment the professionalism and modern look of the office. The Regus staff are always so accomodating and welcoming, I love our little community! If you're looking for a smaller shared office space, this is where you want to be.

Wonderfully located building in the heart of Downtown Sacramento development. Walk to DOCO. Great views. Great common area lounge. Ample parking. Fabulous team!!!
