Paolo is amazing!If i could give 10 stars, i would!We recently hired Paolo for our wedding in May 2022 and could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Since our very first phone conversation, Paolo was extremely personable, professional, attentive, accommodating and talented! His process of using only the freshest of ingredients shines through in everything he makes! We got SO many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was!And working with Paolo was just as enjoyable! I could talk to him all day! He is so friendly and knowledgeable and took the time during our wedding to say hi to our family and guests which I thought was such a great personal touch! I loved working with him and am so happy with everything he did for us! I would highly recommend hiring Regina Margherita for your next event - You will not be disappointed!

We recently hired Paolo for a baby shower and had the best experience! He makes working with him incredibly easy, and his pizza is AMAZING! If you're looking for extremely fresh, authentic Neapolitan pizza, I highly recommend you hire Paolo!

We discovered great pizza last Saturday!! We stopped at the LogOff Brewery for a beer. In their patio was Regina Margherita Pizza food truck with a long line. We decided to try them out with a pizza to go. Ended up ordering a second one because the 1st pizza was devoured at the brewery. The pizzas were amazing, fresh ingredients, and very tasty!! Definitely recommend Regina Margherita Pizza!! You will not be disappointed. Friendly family business!!!

Excellent pizza, the crust is AMAZING. And the flavor profile is beautiful.

Finally I found a place where they serve real Napolitano pizza. They are delicious! The chef and staff are absolutely adorable. I'll be back for sure!Enfin une vraie pizza napolitaine! Elles sont trop bonnes. Le chef et son équipe sont super adorables. J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! Por fin comí una verdadera pizza napolitana. ¡Son deliciosas! Pizzas are soooo good and the people are really nice! I'm not really a meat eater on pizza but the pepperoni pizza is really good!! If you have a dog.. beware.. they'll be spoiled too!

Wow!!! That's all I can really say! I tried the pesto and meat lovers with prosciutto and both were incredible! Everything was fresh and so delicious! The owner also gave us a free dessert pizza to try and it was decadent. Nutella, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and so much goodness! Yum!!

Look no further for your catering needs! Not only was Paolo great to work with, but the pizza is amazing. We got so many compliments and so many people asking for the contact info. From the first moment I reached out to Paolo he was so responsive, friendly and accommodating. I kept changing our guest count up until the last week and he was very flexible. The pizza is delicious! And you have to get the Nutella and Caramel dessert pizzas - the best!! Everyone does a taco bar ... but your guests will be excited and appreciate this amazing mobile pizza oven for your event!!
