Rebounderz - Sacramento

Christopher T was a great help on the wall climbing station. He made sure my kids were harnessed in and paid attention to all the kids to keep them moving from wall to wall.When we arrived we were greeted by Ayyana who was super friendly and helpful. I left some items at the desk and she brought them to me. Its easy to get distracted with two eager kids.

What are employees there for ? To help right ?? I guess not my husband went with our 3 kids even got VIP I wasn't able to accompany him, he was having some trouble signing in etc. asked for help he received NONE from at least 3 employees, finally one of the Latino employees came to help like she's paid to do right? The kids where pulled off before their time was up on one of the play sections, while others where given their full time...I've been bringing my kids here for over 3 years, NEVER has happened I really hope this has nothing to do with what's going on in today world. For my kids to ask me why they where being "so mean" is not ok!

There weee only 3 sections open and the rest of the place was for "private parties". It made the experience pretty boring for the kids. I would say go to a different trampoline park.

Big thank you to Rebounderz for helping throw an amazing party for my 10 year old son. I booked a birthday room for "Glow Night" this past weekend. Shoutout to Isabella, my hostess, that was very professional, patient and helpful! She was the best! I love that the birthday rooms are upstairs overlooking everything. Even when our time was up, they have a parent lounge upstairs also that was cozy enough for us Moms to kick back in since we extended our jump time another hour. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The workers at each jump station were very attentive and patient also. First time here but definitely won't be our last!! Thank you all again!! Worth every penny!!

The manager reached out and invited us back, we went during normal hours and had a great time! It was much better- the employees were smiling and inviting- people were around to answer questions and help. Lots of things were still roped off but that didn't make a huge difference because we were able to get an employee to open it pretty quickly, and also had more than a few minutes to explore the place. Everyone left smiling :). We also had a better understanding of how the place operates (I.e. had to find someone to let us in) so that made it easier to enjoy. Definitely will bring the kiddos back again. I appreciated their willingness to listen and help!

Took my 4yr old granddaughter there she loves trampolines they have a lot of trampoline spaces she also enjoyed the bumper cars some playground equipment for being so busy on a Saturday we navigated very well only downfall was the waffle fries with Cheese and bacon too fried and cheese gave me a stomach but otherwise had a great time with my granddaughter would return

I've had my son's birthday here 3 times in a row & this last time i'll have to admit that it was the best one yet ! My son enjoyed his time here & not only that, we had the best host ! Shout out to Isabella !! She was very helpful, always there when we needed her & she went above & beyond for our needs. We will be returning again & we would love to have her again. Deff a fun place to plan birthday parties for little ones.

I took my kids to Rebounderz today, and unfortunately, our experience was not as enjoyable as it has been in the past. While the facility itself is great for kids, I was disappointed with the staff's attitude.Specifically, there was a young girl with shorter blondish hair and a nose piercing who was not friendly towards the kids at all. A few other younger girls on the staff also appeared indifferent and were not very helpful. It's disheartening to see such a change in the atmosphere, as we had visited before and the staff were much friendlier.I hope they can improve their customer service because it's such a fun place for kids, and a welcoming staff can make all the difference!

The staff were extremely strict. I fell and didn't get up fast enough for them and 2 of the staff were yelling at me not to sit on the trampolines and was told "go sit on the chairs that are over there" if i wanted to sit. Otherwise pricing was good compared to sky zone . Rockwall was fun, and the ninja warrior area. they just don't have a big open area of trampolines like sky zone does.
