Rayna's Gourmet Catering

We hired Linda and her team for our fall, 2021 wedding in Sutter Creek. I am astounded at the work she did. This is a full-service catering company complete with linen rentals, table set up, bar tending, serving, clean up and DELICIOUS food! I couldn't have asked for anything better on the wedding day I was planning and coordinating myself. Throughout our planning process she guided us through and helped us put together a menu by creating a mind-blowing "tasting" for us. The "tasting" really was her dropping off boxes of food, enough for us to share plenty with our neighbors! She covered our kitchen counters with everything you can possibly think of - mac n cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, prime rib, chicken, pork, caprese appetizers, baked Brie appetizers, and so much more. She even brought us a box of desserts to try and created a breathtaking dessert display! At the end of the night her team completely cleaned up and left the venue flawless. I am so so so grateful to have found her AND her pricing. She could get away with charging double for her services if she wanted to. To top it off, Linda is the kind of person you want to be around. She is so warm and welcoming and feels like a family member versus a vendor. We were ecstatic to have her. When we get pictures I will absolutely update!

Came across on yelp after shopping for a few other caterers. It was stiff competition. We met with other owners and decided to go with Rayna's after meeting with Linda, the owner. She was patient and extremely helpful. not to mention the food was delicious and services were reasonably priced. We had our reservations about the company too especially during the upcoming months and weeks of our event. Similar complaints about how the company was hard to reach. Communication was lacking. It made us nervous!Well, Linda and her amazing staff (JOE!) came through when it mattered most. Provided delicious food, great great service, linen, other decor, and made sure we had time to eat too during our event. We were extremely happy we went with Rayna's and super appreciative for all everyone going way above and beyond. Thank you again

I can't say enough about Linda and her company. She saved our wedding! She saved us money and delivered far more than most other catering companies. She will forever be the caterer I use for everything! She's absolutely amazing. She cares about her brides and she cares about your budget and she strives to make you happy and your day perfect. My only regret was I didn't hire her sooner, our day would have been even better and I would have saved money. She's amazing and someone who my wife and I hold in a special places in our hearts. She's a fresh of breath air in the wedding industry where everyone just wants you to spend top dollar. Linda is amazing!

Linda, the owner, truly cares about each and everyone of the clients that she works with. She was the only caterer we interviewed for our Wedding, and that's because she gives you the most bang for your buck, and it includes everything you need, including decor to match your wedding style and taste. Although emailing can be challenging at times, if you pick up the phone and call her she will always respond! I met with Linda a couple of times prior to the wedding to go over our table set up and decor, and she absolutely nailed my vision and even had brand new napkins made to match the light blue color I had to have! On the day of the wedding, her staff delivered complimentary sandwiches and snacks to our bungalow to make sure the entire wedding party was fed. Her staff was extremely attentive to our guests and made sure everyone was taken care of from beginning to end. Linda even came over to my husband and I and asked if we wanted to be the first thru the buffet line, or if we wanted her to serve us. She served us both, and was even sweet enough to make sure my plate didn't have anything that could spill on my dress. The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests agreed. We ordered mini pies from a bakery, rather than a large wedding cake, and since the bakery could not fit them all on the table, Linda's staff offered to serve and replenish them as needed. To top everything off, they packaged up a ton of left over food and sent everything home with us. Our table set ups looked beautiful, and the added decor she provided helped complete my vision perfectly! Thank you to Linda and all of her staff for making our day so perfect!

Linda and her team did a great job catering our wedding. The food was great, the presentation excellent and if you are having a reception at the Library Galleria, they are very knowledgeable about the space.We were able to have good communication with our caterer and had many options available for our dinner and dessert. We had an idea to serve a midnight snack of mini pizzas during our reception and Linda was more then happy to accommodate us. Make sure you keep in contact and have the dates of your deposits confirmed in writing. Linda is very experienced and will have tons of good suggestions for wedding vendors in the Sacramento area.

Linda and her staff are absolutely incredible. I appreciate her patience and her all around love for the industry she works in. Her passion is fueled in what she displays and I know that she is in the right field. With that said, my wedding was catered by Rayna's last July 2012. It was absolutely amazing and the food was incredible. After choosing a menu we were sent home with so many samples! Be prepared for lots of left overs. Linda does not shy away from putting on a show. She allowed us to help ourselves to anything in her inventory. From selections of table cloths, table decor, and even the lemonade stand that made its way to my wedding. With high praises I did, however, have a few complaints. Linda is not the best at corresponding through email. She does make that clear. But with a growing business and with the rest of the world transitioning into a technological advanced state, email shouldn't be too difficult to navigate. Menu items that we had agreed on for the wedding didn't end up at the wedding. I feel like if I paid full price for the items we agreed on, then they should be there. Linda doesn't remember everything we talk about or she misinterprets what we talked about. This can create confusion and frustration at times for not just her but both parties involved. All in all, Rayna's did an amazing job at my wedding. The staff made my wedding day stress free. The displays looked amazing and the food is something my guest still talk about to this day. I enjoyed working with Linda and her staff and would recommend her to anyone.

Wish I could give negative stars. My son got married last Saturday and not a single thing provided by Rayna's was right from the decorations to the dinner. The dinner as missing the ribs, barbeque chicken, steamed vegetables, baked potatoe bar and cupcakes. We were served chewy tri-tip, some sort of tasteless shredded pork we didn't order and small potatoes that were so undercooked you had to cut them with a knife. Without the cupcakes the wedding cake had to be cut to feed twice the people it was meant to.We also caught one of her employees stealing alcohol from the bar. Linda didn't bother to show up to make sure things were done right.Before the wedding Linda was very difficult to contact, her voicemail was usually full. You could leave a message at the office and if you were lucky you may get an answer to your question in three or four days. Her attitude seemed to be I don't care what you want I'm the pro and I know what's right. Is there such a thing as F-?

Linda was the best catering service we could have asked for for our wedding! I agree with the reviews below that share how amazing her tasting is to begin with. Linda is a generous person who cares about her clients just as much as she cares for her business. Linda went above and beyond to offer me things that the average caterer does not- such as decor, glassware, linens. Her staff was easy to work with and helped clean up everything. I would definitely recommend! I know there are posts here that say she is difficult to get a hold of, but when it comes to the week of your event- she is there for you every step of the way! I hope to get to have her delicious food again soon!

We had a corporate event on 11/14/19, and it was a great success because of Linda & her crew.They we ontime, communicated well, cleaned up perfectly, ohhh,And the food-...Fantastic!I now have a caterer for my wedding next year!

Well never recommend this company.....Where to start very disappointed bride and groomFor starters the decorations were not correct there is supposed to be fusion in the center of the tables around the candleholders the only thing on the table that were fission was the napkins and our main table was not done correctly and thank you to my sister-in-law and and friends and family The arch got it decorated the company claimed they lost the bolts to the arch so we had to duck tape the arch to the wall and everything was not set up on time also there was supposed be a big lanterns on each side of the arts there was not they were little lanterns down the aisle was not supposed to be like that supposed to be the food was way under cooked the potatoes were hard you couldn't even eat them we were supposed to have baked potatoes ribs grilled vegetables and Linda said she was going to do cupcakes for around the cake those were not provided so they had to cut into my wedding cake which were too small to feed all the guests. And I feel that my parents should get a lot of their money back and to top everything they took the cake topper and the bottom of the cake stand so my mom texted her the next day to let her know and she still has not gotten back to her very unprofessional I wouldn't even give her one star
