Great food and service! Beef carpaccio was our favorite dish of the night among other ones such as the Dante roll, oysters, sashimi and nigiri mix, and shishito peppers. The owner, Alex, stopped by our table and we had such a great conversation with him! I felt like I was talking to a family member. Super kind, generous, and overall just a cool guy.Our waiter Issac was also super accommodating and checked in with us to make sure everything was going great!Will definitely be coming back :)

They have a happy hour menu M-Thurs from 3-6?Inside is very dim and date spot like. Definitely come here for the vibes$5 hand rolls and some other stuff on the menu as well. Came in on a Thursday and they were not too busy at all. The spicy salmon was the best one! Need to try the other items on the menu.

Raw had been recommended to me a few times so I was excited to finally check it out! Service was great and staff was very kind. It was a bit drafty inside but our waiter was able to turn off the air vent which helped and was much appreciated. It's also quite loud inside so keep that in mind for what type of vibe you want for a meal.We got a little of everything: spicy salmon roll, keeping it raw roll, chicken katsu entree, and sashimi mix. Both of the rolls were solid. The katsu was sort of mediocre, not very crispy or anything which I would have wanted. I did really like the sashimi mix though! It comes with 15 total pieces of fish--3 each of salmon, maguro, toro, and 2 others that i didn't remember. The toro was easily my favorite, so fatty and richly flavorful. It is all on the expensive end, so again keep that in mind. I would come back but not necessarily all the time. But I would recommend it as a nice sushi place with a fun vibe.

Not only is the food amazing at RAW, the ambience is really nice. I love the set up and decor. Our server was amazing and gave us great recommendations to try from the menu. Loved all the drinks I ordered as well. I use to love going to Mikuni's, however after eating here I have found my new favorite sushi restaurant . Thank you RAW for such a great experience. You get two thumbs up.

We made reservations ahead of time but didn't need them since there was plenty of c seating available. There wasn't any one at the reservation desk when we arrived so we walked into the restaurant. We waited to be helped or acknowledged but the servers looked on. Someone finally came up to us and asked if we had a reservation. They had us walk back out and check in at the front. We sat and ordered some appetizers and drinks. I had the lychee Martini which I highly recommend. Great balance with the sweetness. The tuna ceviche is great, tempura vegetables are good too. From the rolls we ordered, my favorite was the Dante with tempura jalapeños on the side. I don't remember the other ones but they were good too except the spider roll. How can you get that wrong lolAmbiance is nice with nice uplighting, tvs, and light music.

Raw Sushi has been on my list of places to check out since it opened and finally got a chance to check it out. Made some reservations ahead of time and once we arrived we were seated within seconds. The entire layout of the restaurant was done really well, there's enough space between tables, bar seating and a ton of TV's playing football games. There's a large variety of food on the menu and the sushi rolls are huge so come with an appetite. Service was great and our server did a good job of explaining the different types of food and options they had. Looking forward to go back for food or even watch a basketball or football game.

Decibels: 89. Measured using a sound meter. I'm on a one-woman mission to beg restaurants to invest in acoustal designs to enhance the dining experience. My dining partner and I had to talk very loudly and repeat ourselves to have conversation. We also had a tough time hearing our wonderful and soft spoken server. The food was delicious and worth the ringing in my ears. My dining companion ordered a Bento Box, which was an off-menu item. It was beautifully arranged and looked like a great serving portion! I ordered the spicy tuna roll and friend dumplings. Everything was delicious and the prices reasonable and in-line with the quantity and quality of our meal.Head on over for some great sushi! Just order it to go if you'd like to hear the conversation with your dining companion.

Second time here. Service was much better this time then my first experience. I was here for a birthday party. It wasn't too busy while I was here around 11:30a-2pm on a Saturday. There's a decent sized room on the side that seats about 40ppl. Food was good as we had a few different platters.

Amazing food and ambiance, staff were very welcoming and the owner Alex was super friendly. Great hospitality, we went to celebrate a special occasion and we were thoroughly impressed. Fish was super fresh, portions were generous, and plating immaculate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nicer dinner spot for dates or group gatherings.Our favorites were the beef carpaccio, hamachi firecracker, and the sashimi + nigiri combo. The oysters had a delicious ponzu sauce and the shishito peppers were the perfect appetizer bites.
