One of my fave Thai restaurant, and personally, my FAVE restaurant in Elk Grove/Sac! This place introduced me to crying tiger steak and omg, an absolute favorite and must! Being back in the bay area now, I have yet to find a place that cooks the steak perfectly like here (and a good cut). But most importantly, the sauce is perfect here and I have yet to find a place that is similar. The sauce is soooo good! With a side of rice, this dish is chef kiss!! Another must try, is their fried chicken skin! Sooo good! If you love tom yum and you love chicken skin, this is a MUST! I've tried a few other dishes here and I think they are decent, but I will always get crying tiger and chicken skin, they are a staple!

Ruh Rao!eL Capitan said it twice as he led us towards the front door. We had just completed a loathsomely fearful journey from Las Vegas to the mythical grove of Elk, where we found ourselves hunters without any game. Literally no Elk in sight. And we were starving. We had been priveleged to listen to the audio book version of Edan Foster's "Wanderlust, A Backpackers Tale" during the ride down, and we were all craving Thai food.Best the food after an epic journey, indeed.

We place orders from here way more than we should. The food is tasty and consistent. The yellow curry is my favorite. It's got that homemade thing going like your wise, elderly grandmother cooked it. I don't recall ever having leftovers. The food is good! The level of spice (heat) in the dishes is just right. It's consistent. That's something I can appreciate because not everyone likes their mouth on fire.Haven't dined in yet, but it's something to do in the near future.

The fried chicken skins are a must. Season well and super crispy! The Thai tea/coffee are also a must try. Sooooo good and refreshing. Perfect for hot weather! The boat noodle soup is one of the best I've had. They had a special of mince meat over rice with eggs and cucumber; I really liked that. We ordered the papaya tray that came with pork rinds, cha lau (Vietnamese pork sausage), egg, cabbage, and the best beef jerky that I have ever had. Price and/to portion is reasonable, service was good and they have their own private parking.

Always on the hunt for some good boat noodles and I've been wanting to try this place after I saw someone recommending it and we were finally in the area to try it. We also ordered the crispy chicken skin. The portion for the chicken skin were good. Nice and crispy. The boat noodles weren't bad either. Had good flavor. Loved that they gave us the spice rack to add additional spices if we liked. Overall a good meal but I wouldn't say it was amazing and I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Veryyy verryyy disappointed I was craving Thai green tea until I took a sip and it tasted like spoiled milk. After I opened the lid and it smelled horribly. I can't believe I DRANK EXPIRED MILK.... They most definitely do not care if anything is expired, they want to serve nasty milk out instead of throwing it away.I told everyone in my house to take a smell and they also said it's expired milk !!!
