Ramen Q

I love how this restaurant is conveniently located right in front of a big gym. My friends and I were starving after working out. We decided to eat here because it is so close and the food looks pretty good. They have a lot of open tables available and we get to pick where we want to sit. The inside is cozy and clean. Service was great, food came out fast, and an employee checked up on us during our meal.I got the tonkotsu ramen with mild spice and it was so delicious! The broth was rich, flavorful, and served hot. The egg was jammy and well marinated. It also feels like they give slightly more noodles compared to other ramen restaurants and it is reasonably priced! The chicken katsu was so crispy and the sauce it came with was amazing. My friends and I will definitely start coming here more often for lunch after the gym because we enjoy the food!

The quality of the food and the service has gone down over the past 16 months. It used to be a high 4 for my family and me. We've been coming here for a few years. I'm not sure if they changed staff or what. But they are barely a 3. The tea (unsweetened at least) has always been old and reused every time I've ordered it so I stopped ordering and opted for hot tea instead and ice. The meat is very salty and the veggies are rubbery on the plates. Because they only have 2 people working in the kitchen, I'm almost sure there's cross contamination and cleanliness issues.Upon walking in to the restaurant there is a smell of stagnant water that is noticeable if you are in there for any amount of time. The bathrooms are not properly cleaned and at the end of the hallway that leads to the bathroom there is a pile of junk. I literally watched one of the gentleman cashiers at The front desk run his fingers through his two-toned colored hair a few times and fluff it up, push up his glasses then grab his cell phone and less than 30 seconds later put an order on a tray to serve it to a dine in guest and then come back and pack up a to go order. (Sorry for the run on sentence) He did not even wash his hands or use gloves. I heard someone coughing in the back. The tables and chairs are always dirty and sticky. I'm sorry but this is the end of our fairly long dining relationship with this restaurant. OSHA and the health department need to pay this place a visit.

Mom, sister and I were on the search for a lunch place before taking mom to her doctor's appointment and surely thankfully YELP once again brought us to Ramen Q. Our bowls of scrumptious ramen arrived fairly quickly and the portion amount was ample and full! We all agreed that we would surly return again! Plenty of parking as well which is always a good thing indeed!

Food: I was disappointed in the ramen but thats probably because I got mild instead of no spice. All I could taste in the broth was spice :( . However, the chicken katsu itself was good! The sauce that came with it was alright.Service/Ambiance: Server was nice and fast! He got the bill to us right and to go boxes! The food also came out really fast! Very casual atmosphere.

The food is very salty. The edamame beans were especially salty. They tasted as thought they were drenched in salt water. The best thing here is their rice. The white rice wasn't overly salty like some of the other food items. Their tempura is nice too. There's a nice ambiance to the place with the seating and the large screen by the register. The service is average speed considering they make the food as it's ordered. If you're getting food to-go, it may take 20 minutes depending on what you order.

This restaurant is really close to where I live so I decided to check it out with a friend. We came on a weekday so to wasn't busy and there was plenty of seating and very spacious. I liked that there is a lot of different food options to choose from so we decided to try different appetizers. We got sweet potato fries, fried oysters, calamari, takoyaki, and crab rangoons. My favorite were the fried oysters and crab rangoons, both were crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. I will definitely come back to try options they have!

The ramen was delicious. The atmosphere needs some work but the food is decent and that is what matters. Also tried a few sides. Nothing really stood out. I probably won't be back but see what you think.

Placed an order for pickup, inside was nice and clean. I arrived at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm, they were starting their nightly cleaning for close but they were willing to make me a Kalbi spare rib plate which I really appreciate it. I had the black garlic ramen, I'm a huge garlic fan and really enjoyed the amount of garlic chunks in there. The broth was a little bland but I added some chili oil to it to spice it up a bit. My son had the chicken ramen and it had a good amount of chicken in it. My Kalbi spare ribs were a little fatty, but still had a good flavor to them. I also really like the macaroni salad it came with, along with rice and veggies.

Came here with my brother on a random Saturday afternoon. It was pretty empty but we ordered the chicken katsu, lumpia and char siu donburi.The donburi was pretty good, wasn't the best I've had, no egg for some reason, but the katsu was outstanding! One of the best I've had in a while. If you do come here I would highly recommend getting that chicken katsu plate.
