Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I just left the place and I tell you what...The chicken was juicy and delicious! But what impressed me more was the customer service. The gentleman and lady cashiering at the counter were attentive and helpful and gave remarkable service to everyone who entered during a rush. I was very impressed with their kindness. The cook team in the back was calling out orders was neat and they seemed to work together well as a crew. The atmosphere made it feel like your mom was cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I'm not a chicken eater but I would come back here again :)

First time trying Raising Cane's and it didn't disappoint! The gentleman working the cash register on Saturday 2/15 was very friendly and was also bring out orders for people sitting outside. We came just before the noon rush - our orders came out within a few minutes and everyone was hot and fresh. Chicken and fries were not greasy which surprised me. Nothing really stood out about the toast for me. The bathrooms were also very clean. Outdoor seating was covered and well kept. For what you pay, I think it's a great option & location!

Made two visits here to be fair. IMO Cane's is just alright. It's chicken fingers, something that could be made at home. Paying for convenience, I get it. I do see the appeal for folks. If someone offered me a GC or comped my meal I wouldn't say no. I wouldn't go out of my way for Cane's chicken but I don't hate them either. Fingers were average sized, surprisingly moist. Not salty which is plus to my tastebuds. They are not seasoned. Crispiness is adequate. Not too oily, not too much breading. Included in the four piece combo meal were limp crinkle fries, meh coleslaw that I didn't finish, tasty Texas toast and mid sweet tea ($13.67 with tax.) I've seen socials of people buying giant drink cups of Cane's special sauce. I'm not understanding the obsession. Establishment was pretty busy both inside and the drive thru. It was also loud. Drinks/condiments station was messy and sticky. Service was a rote greeting & farewell. My food was handed over quickly since I preordered on the app. Ice-T had his smiling face plastered about. I also thought he was someone coming in the door but it was a vinyl cut out of his head & torso on the door (yes I'm myopic.)

I have ate at other Raising Cane locations previously but let me tell you...this location tastes better!! Fresh and perfectly seasoned, I didn't even need the Canes sauce (although of course I ate it anyways). Besides the great food, the service at this location is like no other. You can tell they really value customer service, and value the people that come in to their establishment. That is such a rarity these days, especially in the fast food industry! From now on, I'll be driving a few extra miles and visiting this Raising Canes when I am in the mood for tasty food and quality service!

My mother who is severely handicap was having a issue getting into the store. She mentioned that a young guy names Isaiah helped her with her chair and getting her in the door. My mom is my world and when someone so kind helps her out it means sooooo much to me. Best customer service ever.

Good tasted good but I got a 6 piece tender meal and 2 of my tenders were the size of a kids chicken nugget. About 1 inch each. Crazy you would have the nerve to rip people off paying 20$ for a meal. Picture added next to the sauce cup for scale. 2 out of the 6 were super small. Y'all gotta do better. If they're that small, double them up or something.

Super weird that they don't have BBQ sauce here. They ran out of regular soda cups so forced everyone in line to buy a large or say they couldn't order the combo. Very shady way to get customers to buy more flat soda. Also portions were weird. I had 2 tiny slivers of chicken and 2 normal sized ones. Idk what's up with that but this location may just not be as good as the rest

The location is at a busy corner , service is fast .. but food is going down hill . The fries portion is getting less and less . The chicken strips are shrinking. They should be called chicken nuggets . For the price the value you get is no longer worth it .

I must of been hiding under a rock! I heard the fuss! I knew everyone was willing to drive far to go get a taste of his food, but I had no idea how amazing those chicken is! Top yum! Better than Chick-fil-A and the sweet tea is so good. Had to get myself a gallon to take home.. the manager here was really nice very impressed! The disco balls are an added touch inside ! Someone please get me that Elvis Presley for my bedroom! For me because fries are a little bit rough on my stomach. The fries were a little salty, but perfect for my husband who loves salt. Great atmosphere really nice inside easy area to park at all around the food is great.

They gave me some chicken tenders missing half the breading, never had that happen before, don't think there's a lot of quality control..
