Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Been wanting to try them for awhile and we were shopping at Best Buy in the same parking lot decided to stop for lunch. The only thing I knew was that they sold chicken. We walk in and it is brightly decorated with a fun vibe. The line was long. They only sell chicken strips, fries, and their difference is an added small slice of Texas Toast. They are famous for having a special sauce to dip the chicken in. Its so special that you have to pay extra if you want more than the little cup they give you. Staff was friendly enough and food came out quickly. Chicken was fresh with a slight crisp, but nothing special. Fries are nothing special. The toast was pretty tasty but not enough for me to come back. They are very similar to Chick-Fila but with less choices. Like Chick-FIla, I just don't get why the long lines. Its 'alright'. We both agreed that it would not be a destination for us. It would work in a pinch for a quick bite. Price was comparable so for a 3 piece with fries and toast and a drink was $10.

Exceptional Service & Amazing FoodI can't thank the team at Raising Cane's enough for their hospitality and kindness today. Not only is their food delicious (those chicken fingers are super juicy!), but their staff went above and beyond when I had car trouble.They stepped in to help me when no one else would, and their genuine care made all the difference in a stressful situation. On top of that, the restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was nice and inclusive as well. It's rare to find a place where both the food and the people are amazing. Thank you Raising Cane's for saving my day and for always being a place I can count on! god bless

Went here tonight & must say it was pretty delicious!There was a competition published about the best chicken fingers & Raising Cane's won! So had to give them a try. The chicken fingers are yummy. Juicy & light crunchy coating & dipping sauce is good. Fries good too. Loved the toast! It was sooooo good! Only thing I didn't care for was the Cole slaw. It was too saucy. Probably wouldn't get again. But every thing else was spot on! I'll be back. So happy I tried them tonight. Did a mobile order to go & the employee helping me was very nice.

We tried Raising Canes during our road trip. My sons love chicken fingers and it looked really good. My sons loved the restaurant! We ate there again on the way home! Yummm!! I love how their menu is so simple and all food items go great with the chicken. My kids described it as a healthier tasting Popeyes. Raising Canes is their new favorite! Their toasted bread is phenomenal . And their fries are amazing, salty and crispy, the best! On the way home, we decided to eat in the restaurant. The ambiance was clean and cute. Lots of tables and outside tables too. They were very well organized and someone even came to throw away our finished food. Workers were on point, professional, and polite! They just opened a Raising Canes in the San Jose area, we will definitely be going soon.

This place is so addicting! Especially if you love chicken tenders! My fav is the canes sauce ! I eat it on everything. The toast is delicious as well. Service is always great and quick when I stop in for my lunches sometimes. The restaurant was clean and the vibe is great to grab some food and watch a game or just listen to the tv in the background. They also had great music playing when I stopped in today. All around a great place to eat

If it was not for the lack of service, this would have been a 4 star review.I actually went out of my way to come here for my daughter.Quality/Quantity After opening our box for our 3 finger combo, it felt like a kids meal. See pictures.Not sure if you eat in if there is more food? But the fries were not filled to the top and the chicken pieces were small. Atmosphere - Consistent decor with the brand. See pictures.Indoor/outdoor seating; plenty of seating.Open 7 days a week from 9am to 1am or 2 am the next day.Service - This is where this location fell short. As we saw people who ordered after us get their orders, we realized they forgot our order. Then the "manager on duty" stopped by and asked if we were waiting for our order. We of course said yes. He barely apologized and when my daughter inquired about the cost of extra sauce, I actually thought he would have thrown one in for our extended wait. Not that I stress over 39 cents, but that could/would have bought you some goodwill. But what do I know...?Self-service drinks.Price - $13.50; normally a reasonable price, but not for the lack of service we received today.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1996 and with your 600+ locations. And thanks always for the first responder discounts!Your "Restaurant Partner" program is interesting. A millionaire in 15 years, amazing.

This location was so crowded on a Friday night it took about 35 minutes for our food. Not ideal when you're hungry and not really "fast" foodThe Caniac combo typically comes with 6 tenders, fries, and a side toast with coleslaw. I opted for replacing coleslaw with toast then getting an extra toast and sauce. Chicken was hot and fresh which tasted good, but certainly smaller than I remember it a couple years ago.There is solid amount of seating inside and outside but in peak times requires you hovering for table or chairs.

I keep editing this review, as I have things come to mind after last night's excursion -It's Tuesday night, the lane took 15+ minutes to get out of line AFTER our order was delivered. We were the 5th car in line. I got out and walked in to the front of Cane's to ask what was happening. I said, "We're in the second lane and we have had our food for 15 minutes, but we cannot move. You need to move the person who is waiting up front in the 2nd lane so we can all go." The girl up front obviously was confused and tried confirming our order name, but I repeated that we had our food and needed to leave, that it had been 15 minutes of not moving. She laughed and said, "oh it sounds like someone is still waiting for theirs.. but you do have your food?" I said, "could you park them then?! Don't hold up 10+ cars for one car waiting for their order? We all ordered in the lane to-go not to eat in the line?!"Once I said something, they had the car that was "still waiting" park and moved everyone through. Others in the line thanked me on the way back to my car in the drive thru... Some will be calling corporate. You need a better manager onsite. That was terrible management and could've been handled in a different fashion. Stop people in the left lane and let those who have their food in the right lane go? Set up a designated parking spot for orders that are going to take a long time? Have an escape lane?Stop giving people who are in line their food if they can't go anywhere...? I counted 5 cars behind us who had gotten their food, meaning the 10th car in the lane had their food and couldn't budge.I did yell out the window as we moved past, "THANK YOU" and I really did mean that. I wasn't trying to be rude, I was just very frustrated.Still very disappointed, unfortunately.

This Canes is one of my classic stops in the way to Tahoe. The food quality here is usually great, and the service at this location is typically the fastest I have ever experienced in fast food. I love that the restaurant has posters and signs around explaining the history of the Canes logo and name. My favorite part of the restaurant are the multiple individual restrooms and badass disco balls.
