Raising Cane’s Finger Licking Chicken

The food here is consistently good. I ordered a three-piece combo, and the chicken was spot-on--crispy, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned. The fries were also great (I'm a fan of crinkly fries!).The sauce is what really stands out. It has a unique blend of sweet and tangy flavors with a savory kick. Even though I'm not usually big on sauces, I can see why people hype it up. It's definitely something you'll want to try for yourself. Just keep in mind that it seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it type of sauce, depending on your preference. I tend to stick with simpler dips like ranch or ketchup, so take my opinion on the sauce with a grain of salt. That grain of salt might just give that sauce the kick you were looking for. I know, it's a super dumb joke, but just roll with it! The Texas toast is fantastic and often influences my decision to come here.As for service, I usually order ahead, and it's been smooth sailing lately. I remember when they first opened, the ordering process was a bit of a mess, but they've improved a lot over the years. I went through the drive-thru this time, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, so kudos to them for that!I've been inside before, and I can say it's clean, modern, and nicely decorated. No complaints on the ambiance.Overall, I had a great experience this time and will definitely come back when I get a Cane's craving.

I've eaten at a ton of Raising Cane's down in Southern California and none of them have ever been this bad. The chicken literally tasted like it was sitting around forever and it was tough not not juicy like normal from other Raising Cane's down in Southern California, but absolutely dry and tasteless. Then the french fries are absolutely frostbitten so they taste horrible. I literally feel like I just got taken for $15 for dinner when I should've got this food for free. Highly recommend to go to a different Raising Cane's if there is any around. This location is not it.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant, be it fast food or sit down. The employees didn't seem to care in the least. Go anywhere else, but don't waste your time or money here.

Wanted to try this new place that just opened up. My daughter picked up a 6 piece meal (6 tenders, Texas toast, fries, cole slaw and drink). She said although it was opening week, service was fast and accurate. Portions are huge-- chicken tenders are big and you can share a meal between two people. Chicken was good but was it fantastic.. no. I will order it again but I feel it's over hyped. Cole slaw is a lot like KFC. Kringle cut fries are very good. Texas toast was yummy. I got the Canes sauce. I will say that they have their stuff together for opening week. We will definitely order again but can't say it's the best food I've ever had.

I would like to start off by saying this place is over hyped for no reason when they don't have many food choices like other meats or a vegan option for those who obviously don't eat meat but to get started on things I'd like to say since it was a new location like really new you couldn't even find it on the maps. The place was overly crowded with people and extremely loud to the point you couldn't really hear your order being called though apparently you have to pay to dine in that's somewhat dumb like why do you have to pay for food and pay to dine in according to what my grandmother said regarding the receipt tab though the chicken was cooked but unseasoned also seemed tough in certain areas and the fries tasted very old from like the day before and unseasoned and hard the only thing that was perfect was the drinks and bread. I made my judgement based off everyone who ate there with me today I took a vote to find the best rating to give this place and sadly to say we decided three was best due to the quality of fries and chicken. My family may come back here but I will not be coming back to any of the locations in Sacramento.

This place is the cheapest location.. First of all they don't offer a family feast like some of the other ones do so I had to buy everything separate and paid over $75 for a small amount of food. The amount of fries barely fed 3 people and she told me they pile them up so 3 orders should be enough for a family of 5 and when I got them there was barely a half cup of fries in each order.. not to mention the amount of sauce is ridiculous also...I am so disappointed and never going back to that location... don't waste your money!! Find a different one

FIRST, let me start off that the food was fresh and good BUT the customer service was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD. I ordered my food inside the place and I had to wait 40 minutes for my food to come out?!! It was terrible, fast food shouldn't take this long to give food for their customers. I'm disappointed because I usually go into the drive through, and everything was good. I don't recommend going to eat inside of this place.

Ive gotten canes plenty of times but today i got a combo meal, and now not even 24hours later my partner and I are violently throwing up. Very sick, most definitely food poisoning. Canes clean up the place and do better!

Yeah so I don't wanna be that guy but ripping a tender in half does not automatically make 3 tenders into 4. I just got robbed bro.
