I haven't been here in awhile but my visit today shows that not much has changed. Its very cluttered by the entry area but prices are ok. Two guys working the counter seem friendly. One guy was interacting with the customers while the other was more into watching the television behind the counter. I went to ask him a question not knowing he was watching tv. He quickly told the other guy what i wanted so he can continue watching tv while the other guy helped me. He was not rude at all just a bit odd.

This is a very small store but they have a good supply of hair. The staff are very friendly, and provide samples for transitional products. Just to note, I use hair to make senagleese and Havana twist, so I can't judge their hair used for weaving.

I have been coming to this location for years. These men are helpful without making you feel like they think your stealing. The area is populated with African Americans, Mexicans,whites,ECT. And although there are some products they are lacking if you tell them what you would like they will order for you. Always clean and friendly. Great service. I would love for a bigger selection of hair one day but until then I still will go.

So sweet all 3 men while attentive ( as there are stragglers in the neighborhood) so for good reason ! Never gave me "watching for theft" vibes all three gentlemen were pleasant and one even opened the door and offered a mask so I didn't have to run back to my car ! I got everything I needed from makeup to a dope wig I'm wearing for an interview tonight and some clutch makeup products all within a 20 min stop in ! They even gave me some free gifts because of the amount spent ! I def will be back ! Customer service matters n they def got the skills needed to ensure I am a long term customer! :) pleasant experience

I just moved to the area and was looking for a beauty supply I was pleased with the excellent customer service I received. The two men running the store were friendly very welcoming. I'm definitely going to go back. Great experience!

This store is best beauty supply store in town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Recommend this place to everyone needing beauty supplies.

My sister and I have never been treated with such dignity and respect at another beauty supply store as at Rainbow Beauty Supply. I guess it just became normal for us to expect rude and racist undertones as at most beauty supply so it was such a great surprise! We came in 10 minutes before closing rushing into the store and so I was for sure expecting the usual annoyed "really 10 minutes before closing" look but they were so patient with us and courteous. They're so kind to their customers and value them, which is how it usually should be. I will continue to support them because of their kindness and respect. Rainbow is a small beauty supply but offers all the necessities and all you can need.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and they always are nice to my kids. As a mother of two smalls kids it is helpful when they will rush over to help you lift a car seat. They have even held the store open a little longer for me while I decided. They is no pressure to buy something that is not right for you. The only reason why this is not a full 5 stars is due to the fact there isn't a huge selection of hair but there is a lot. They have good hair but I would like to see new products highlighted. Good selection of other hair products some items are very typical hair store extras. I have been to hair stores with more to offer as far as selections but the guest service makes it worth the stop.
