I have been going to Rimma for many years, at least 7, and I have always been very satisfied with her expertise, knowledge and professionalism.The quality of Rimma's work is exceptional. She pays attention to detail and is excellent in assessing skin needs and colors, as in tinting eyebrows which is important to me. Her facials are to die for! A true treat! Rimma takes her time to always do a very thorough job while assuring that her client is comfortable. There is always nice, soothing background music and her setting is very welcoming.I recommend Rimma without hesitation.My sister, who lives in Santa Rosa, comes here specifically to see Rimma for all her needs.

I found Rimma doing a google search for "eyelash lifts" & after seeing her reviews, made an appt. She had me feeling very comfortable as soon as we first met. She explained the service, what to expect and every step as she did it. She was even honest enough to tell me that getting extensions would do a disservice to my real lashes. She's great & doesn't try to push any of her other services, although we did talk about all that she does and I will most likely be going back in the future for my eyebrows. She's very informative & friendly! 1st pic is the day I got my eye lashes lifted and 2nd pic is almost 3 weeks later. So happy with the results!

Rimma was excellent! My lashes are gorgeous!!! I was nervous about getting a lash lift for the first time but Rimma's knowledge of the procedure made things easier. Her new office is beautiful and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I almost fell asleep a few times. I definitely would recommend her services to friends and family.

I really waited to write this review. I don't usually write reviews especially negative ones because I know I can affect someone's livelihood but I felt compelled to write this one.First, I want to talk about her service about lashes since that's what I got done with her. It's good, not the best. I've been to other places and the best ones that I've gotten were further away and since I saw the reviews with Rimma, I decided I wanted to try her out.The reason why I'm writing this is to comment about her customer service or lack thereof. When I walked into the main salon and I saw her space with the sliding door closed, I knocked, smiled, and waved hi. She just gave me a look then opened the sliding door after she was done preparing her things. When she opened the door, she didn't say much and only told me to lay down.I don't want to go into details because I think a friend of mine knows and goes to her and I'd rather remain anonymous. She told me she didn't need anymore clients. Ok, I get that. Good for her. But when she said that she's done with previous clients and are fed up with them I thought, that's unfortunate to hear but I'm a client too. I don't want to hear her complaining about her other customers and how they seem like irritants to her.At the end of the appointment I felt bad. I felt bad because she made me feel bad. She complained about how I was with her too. Her comments were so rude about me and other clients. She made me feel like she's doing me a favor by servicing me. She told me that I get a reward for being her worst client of the week. Yes, she really said that. She was annoyed that I had coffee before coming to the appointment and that I had to shift a couple of times (and I also asked her to tell me when I can shift) because I was a bit shaky. I'm a mom of a newborn and I really needed coffee that morning. I also am very claustrophobic so I can't lay down still for too long. I seriously couldn't believe that she said that.I get that some people don't have a bubbly and warm personality but if you choose to be in this business where people pay you hundreds of dollars, the least you could do is make them feel comfortable. Unbelievable. I tell all my friends about her because that was just an awful experience. I hope she improves her customer service if she wants to stay in business.

Rimma has created a beautiful, restful, clean and welcoming salon. I am very picky about the kind of atmosphere and care provided when I look for self-care services, and I can recommend Radiance by Rimma with highest marks. I had a HydraFacial with Rimma, which was gentle, respectful and thorough. I have never had a facial that left my skin feeling so vibrant and clean. The thought and care that has gone into creating this salon is obvious from the moment you step through the door, from the welcoming and professional staff to the decor and the guest refreshments.

Rimma does an excellent job in all services. I always come back to her. She does an amazing job on eyelash extensions and knows what will look good with your eye type, as well as has different types of lashes whether they be durable or fluffy and natural. I've done microblading with her as well and she made them look exceptional and natural. The ambiance of her salon is very soothing and comforting, I often doze off in relaxation while getting my eyelashes done. Everything is very clean and she is a professional no doubt about it. Nobody compares to the service and quality she provides. I always leave so satisfied and beautiful! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I have seen Rimma for brow shaping, tinting, microblading, and now powder brow. Rimma's attention to detail is EXTRAORDINARY. You will not leave her suite with less than perfect brows. She has you look at them and give her feedback multiple times to ensure you are happy. I have oily skin so my microblade color did not adhere to the tails of my brows as we hoped; however, Rimma has continued to work with me so I get the result we both want to see. She is definitely worth seeing! #browguru

I had my first appointment with Rimma. I got eyelash extensions and a customized facial. She did an awesome job with, with such attention to detail. I am so pleased with both services and will surely be back. The other thing I think important to note is that when I came I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. She talked through some different options, without pressuring me. Last but not least, I was appreciative of the yelp deal. I can't recommend her enough!
