This spot came up as the number 1 hotdog shop. I've been looking for one in Sac and they over did my expectations. Two guys absolutely elevating the hot dog experience. I got the IChiro dog and it was phenomenal with the pork belly. 100% recommended

Here at log off this evening and they have R&D sandos and dogs here! their food is absolutely delicious and well worth it! I love the flavor of the hotdog and the brioche bun is killer!!!!

I had the Chipoodle hot dog, it was perfect. One of the best things I've ever eaten. Cant wait to eat here again

Love R&D! Hot dogs are great but the tri-tip sando is the best! Generous portions & gourmet food! Must try the dunks toooooo- they are sooo delish!

good food, friendly people :) so excited to see them at my favorite brewery! They were so good. I got a sandwich based off of lemon pepper wings!

Amazing sandwiches. I ordered the James Bahn, which is their take on the Vietnamese bahn mi sandwich. They used thick, braised sections of pork belly, unlike the typical shredded or thinly sliced sections. It was amazing! Big flavors and a hearty bite every time. Picked carrots, the delicious pork belly slabs, cilantro and peppers topped with a nice chili aioli, served on a baguette. And they constructed the sandwich like they were artists. Really well done. I'll be trying more of their menu next time.

I tried R&D while they were set up at Moksa Brewery. The food was DELICIOUS! The meats were well seasoned, produce was fresh and buns toasted to perfection. I can't wait till next time.
