Employees are multitasking between preparing drinks and food and taking orders.Purple Kow is known for its Iced Milk. D3 (Caramel, Pudding, and Boba) is the customer favorite. If you are watching your sugar intake or worry about your drink being too sweet, I recommend 25% sugar level. My favorites so far are D7 (Chocolate, Pudding, and Boba) and Taro Iced Milk. One of Purple Kow franchise owner Kaylum's favorites is D10 (Pistachio, Matcha Pudding, and Boba).For the lactose intolerant, I suggest F2 Peach QQ, which is Peach Green Tea with Boba, Lychee Jelly, and Peach Bits. For the milk teas, you can substitute Oat Milk for the organic milk.I'm interested in trying the Taro Moo Moo (real taro slush topped with housemade sweetened cream), Black Sesame Iced Milk, and Strawberry Covered Chocolate Iced Milk.My favorite snacks are the Garlic Wings and Passionfruit Buffalo Wings. Garlic Wings are the less expensive option of the two. Wings are fried fresh when you order, so it's a 15 minute wait. Worth it!The 3rd chicken wings flavor option is Tobango Wings, which is sweet, tangy, and a little spicy topped with Tahin. Awesome to see so many tea/boba shops opening up in the Roseville and north Sacramento area! A Bay Area staple, Purple Kow is getting really popular in this area. It's located relatively close to the Kaiser Hospital, so great to stop by for a treat if you're done w/ an appointment, or if you're waiting for one.Plenty of brightly lit, well decorated indoor seating. Great for catching up w/ friends, sitting w/ your significant other, or getting some work done.Plenty of outdoor parking available.Prices are definitely a bit on the higher side - even their cheapest drinks are pretty expensive. The quality is great and the flavors and selection is great, but just be prepared for a little bit of sticker shock!Popcorn chicken is fresh and tasty. Perfectly made w/ crispy edges and the right amount of spice. Servers/staff are super friendly and helpful.

I love the drinks here and come here often. I ordered a few drinks. Someone they knew came in. They identified them by name and asked them if they wanted chicken wings. She ordered and got her two drinks before i did. When I asked why they served someone first who came in after me he said she ordered one drink and my slush takes longer. She took out two drinks. I don't appreciate being lied to. Took me 15 minutes to get my drinks when there was no one in line before me.

Here for some "me" time. I am SO happy this place opened up! The drink menu is amazing, and everything I've tried so far has been on point. The chicken is absolutely delicious - crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It's clear that a lot of care goes into the food here. The vibe is also really great, and I love how welcoming the space is. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area - can't wait to come back for more!

Super yummy! Arrived right before they closed and the employee was super kind and ready to help us get our 6 orders in; some of the friends had never tried boba/milk tea, so it took us a while to order and the staff was very patient.The shop is super cute with various little photo-op areas and it's clean and inviting inside! I tried the rose tea -- so yummy!

Never thought I'd see this place up here in Roseville. Loved their location in San Francisco. Don't think their menu is as extensive as SF but they still got the same fat stubby cups. Boba was good. Not old, hard, or slimy.

What a cute place! The drinks are in huge cups that remind me of buckets filled with your boba and jelly of choice. The menu of drinks is varied and offers some unique options as well. I ordered a peach one that was the perfect level of low sweet that I asked for. Service was good for me- I feel like the guy at the register was a quiet talker so I couldn't hear him but he was kind and took my order. A girl came in after me for a pickup order and there was no one at the counter- she waited and called out for help and it took a couple minutes for the cashier to return. She almost went behind the counter to grab the to go bag sitting there with her name on it but she waited. There is a tablet by the register for less interaction orders which could be cool. Lots of drink options, serve snacks too [Roseville CA]So nice to have a Purple Kow franchise in Roseville. I have been to their 2nd location in Berkeley many years ago and I thought I'd never see one again. We ordered the Garlic Wings (6 pcs) and the Salt & Pepper Chicken Nuggets. They were served piping hot... had to wait a few to let it cool down a bit. I chose the Passionfruit slushie w/ boba to compliment our snacks. They all came in small buckets... even the drinks LoL! Hope you have a big cup holder inside your car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯During my second visit I ran into Evangelina... neither one of us didn't expect to stay that long but ended up leaving maybe 30-40 minutes later. It was nice catching up while enjoying our drinks on their cozy soft orange chairs. Loved my fruit slushie drink... ordered it twice already but I'll try another flavor next time. Great place for snacks and your favorite milk tea. I really enjoyed their peach green tea at 50% sugar. I kept thinking about it and was super excited to go back lol. The tea aroma was strong and peach flavor was good. I made the mistake of ordering 1 sugar level up the next time and it was waaaay too sweet, but the employee (who was the only 1 working when it was super packed on a weekend!!) helped me add more tea and even mixed everything.I love that they dice their tea jelly which makes it easier to get some with each sip. I've tried a few other drinks and they're not as good imo. It's hard to find a good peach fruit tea so I'm just happy they offer one.

No wait time when we went so service was quick. I ordered the oolong milk tea with 50% sweetness. They asked if the organic milk is okay with it and I said yes. I like that they're being aware some people may have lactose intolerance. I wasn't really a fan of the oolong milk tea. It seemed watered down and not a strong tea flavor so that was a bit disappointing for me. The boba also seemed a bit mushy. Otherwise interior is clean and decent amount of seating.
