Been taking classes for a couple months now and I've really been enjoying it. Cathie is great, the variety of workouts keep it interesting, it's great data to have if you're training, and it'll definitely make you sweat!

I'm doing the indoor cycling classes a minimum of 2 times per week. Cathie is a great instructor - she knows her stuff and is supportive and motivating no matter what your skill level. The rides are different each time and the variety keeps things interesting. Some days the focus is on endurance, some days intervals and some days both. You definitely feel like you had a workout at the end of the class and the heart rate monitors track your progress. The biggest difference I see between PR and other facilities is the atmosphere- friendly, caring people and the other participants are nice and make an effort to know one another...not intimidating even for a first timer. You really feel like part of the group after a ride or 2. This type of class/program is likely to become part of your routine rather than something you do on an occasional basis.

I've been going to Pulse Revolution for over a year now! 3-5 days a week!!! It's awesome and Cathie is the best. Great gym with great people. Not intimidating at all. You won't be disappointed...It's always a different workout so you'll never get bored! Highly recommend trying!!!
