I've been taking my 13 year old son to ProForm for a few months now. He's been working on his hitting with Scott, who is relatable, patient & extremely knowledgeable. My son grew over 6"'in less than 6 months & it was almost as if his body forgot how to move properly when up to bat. Scott has helped him find & improve his groove. I'd highly highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for some support for their kids.

Awesome facility to train in, all the equipment is in amazing shape. The staff always greet you when you walk in and everyone is very friendly (including the janitors). They have and awesome student discount and for not much more than some of the larger gyms you can pretty much have your own gym because at any given time there are maybe 1 or 2 other people there. My only real complaint is the hours on the weekend are very limited (4 hour window isn't very much for someone who takes 2+ hours to work out) and I'd really like to see more different kinds of machines get added to the gym portion.

EA rocks. Noah Brewster reinvented my 12-year-old's swing and helped him become the lead RBI guy for a top Sacramento area team. All the folks are great there. My son also does weekly pitching with Jesse and in the off season will do more sports performance and speed-agility workouts... Rex and the crew in that department are the best. Pitching instruction has been above any other experience elsewhere to date. Did you know you can schedule classes etc via the Mind & Body mobile app? That is a huge plus for me. I like that the facility is independent of clubs, however I have recommended EA for my son's club and I have seen teams work out there. My son also likes working with pro ballers who frequent the place. This experience goes beyond the hands-on stuff. Working on hitting with Toby DeMello of the Mariners organization (at EA during off season) has made an impact on him. It really has been a game-changer taking my son to Elite Athletics. In my son's words: "It's been awesome with Noah, Toby and Jesse... They have taught me so much."

Awesome gym, Great Staff. When I did cardio they were more than happy to put the game on for me. My 9 year old son was in their Athletic Development Sports Performance (ADSP) class and the difference it made in his athleticism was HUGE. He's faster, strong and thinks quicker on his feet. Lucas, Kaylee, Jenny and Will are all great instructors who put a lot of effort into what they do and let you know that they care about your success as much as you do. The one on one attention that was given to my son during ADSP was far superior to anything I've seen before.

I am new to Roseville and was looking for a place to work out. A friend of mine recommended Elite Athletics. First of all, let me say...THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! The staff there is so welcoming and informative. Everyone I came in contact with was smiling and genuinely happy to be there. The group exercise classes are amazing! They have BodyPump, BodyStep, Barre, Yoga, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, just to name a few. The instructors are enthusiastic, energetic, highly knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. One of the things that impressed me the most was the fact that it doesn't matter what your level of physical activity is, the staff and the members are so supportive. I actually have a smile on my face the whole time I'm working out and so do the other members. I absolutely love going to the Elite and I would recommend this gym to everyone!!!

Son has been playing for about 3 months now with the ea team and I have to say he has improved so much. His hitting was in a little slump with lack of power. Did one session with Noah Brewster the next game he had 2 singles and a smash double. I truly am impressed with the training!

Update to update: Owner called back a couple of months ago to tell me that he'd lost my info or some such excuse (how did he find me?), but that he still wanted to refund my payment. At this point I was willing to take the full refund as he kept insisting (and would I please change my Yelp review). So, I did finally get a check from them. I think the facility has a lot of good programs. I want to believe that they have best intentions. Employees needed more training, information going out needed to be screened for accuracy, and follow-through from management on customer service issues was lacking. Being a small family owned business I know they rely on word of mouth and good reviews. I hope the above things have improved. I would give them another chance.Update: So the owner calls me a couple of months ago to ask if he could refund my money. I said 'not entirely,' I wasn't expecting to get something for nothing. I said, just make the advertised price right. (Since their error cost me money). He took my name & address and I never heard from him again. Strike 2!Update 3 - Just happened to be looking at my reviews and saw this. I did receive a full refund from them. The fact that they were concerned about their social media rating makes me wonder how they treat people who don't post reviews... just sayin' ... I didn't appreciate having to take care of this in such a public fashion. But, as for your response - I don't think your attempts to resolve this count more than one... or maybe two. One - because I received the check... possibly two because you called the first time regarding the post (but never got back to me until I updated the post with "strike 2." Please do not call me out on my integrity sir.

This facility is the best in Sacramento area. Excellent training staff that will get your athlete ready for the next level. My son started training with Elite in Dec and at his first baseball tournament in Jan batted .600 for the weekend and hit one monster homerun with 5 rbi's. Noah and his staff are amazing.

Not as advertised! They sent out an email offering a soccer clinic for 2 days, 9am-2pm in July priced at $60. When I brought my child in I was told that the clinic was 9am-12noon. And, not only that the person at the front desk wasn't even sure whether it was supposed to be $60/day or for both days! The email clearly stated the terms of the offer, and the staff refused to admit that the time was ever set until 2pm. Well - I still have the email to prove it (curiously the staff member said that another parent mentioned the 2pm pick up time as well)! I had already committed to a project that I needed to take care of on those mornings, and my kid was looking forward to the clinic, so I allowed him to stay. But what was supposed to be 10 hours of instruction (and coverage for work) suddenly became only 6 hours - with NO compensation for the change of schedule. Adding insult to injury, simply denying the advertising/scheduling error is NOT the way to handle customer service. I wouldn't believe what they advertise any more, and I certainly wouldn't count on them to back up their offers. The following was copied unaltered from my email, but I retain the original. Overrated for cost. also a lot of arrogance from staff. Batting cages are half ass, they have a hard time throwing strikes. plus you waste most of your time trying to adjust the machines because nobody there can?!
