I went in with an appt with Hong. I was given a young man that did not speak ur understand English. It's very hard to have someone work on your feet (that's one of your most important parts of your body) he left one leg with lotion after a woman in the store told him I asked for him to leave the lotion on. He left never said good bye thank u. He didn't put my shoes on. Would never never never recommend this place. NOONE TALKS TO YOU AT ALL. After I paid they asked me to pay $5 extra for removing my gel polish. I would have paid this but He doesn't speak English and never explained that charge

Well this morning at 9:15 am needed to kill time so I decided to get a fill I came in shop nice an clean very nice an friendly very helpful I got the color green with a white glitter over the green literally the best nails I have ever gotten done ladies it's $25 for a fill and I gave a five dollar tip it was definitely deserved thank you again can't wait to come back

I walked in and was seated right away. An older woman asked what kind of gel I would like and I told her and her whole attitude changed. For some reason she couldnt do a gel manicure?The "color" was too hard for her.....for a manicure......which is only to paint the nail....in a nail salon.Therefore I waited for the next manicurist and she took about 15 minutes to even come to me. During my wait they changed my water once and the dish they used lookef like it can from a chewed up dog and it looked plain dirtyThey did a terrible job. The nails were barely buffed or cut proprely. She kepted having to dip her dirty brush in a weird looking bottle ( not dish) in order to get the excess paint off my skin which she didn't do well and rushed since other people wrre waiting. I felt like I was ripped off and I was. I paid 25 for this. And left a dollar tip (the cheapest in my life) to her. It's very dirty and unprofessional

I was desperate to find a place to do my elderly mother's first ever pedicure. The first place I tried was super busy, so we ended up at this place just because the location was convenient. I was happy to see a lot of employees when I walked in, so I knew they'd have time for us. They told us to pick out the colors we wanted but the selection wasn't great at all. It was a shelf of half full,nearly empty old looking polish. My daughter found a pretty red and they did a basic manicure on her super quick! They pulled out a nice new red paint from under the counter, rather than using the old one. The sign said it was $15, which I think is way overpriced for what she did but she ended up only charging me $5!Okay so, I wouldn't personally have my nails done here because the place is run down, and not kept up well. Everything was worn badly and a little dirty but it's still decorated pretty cute(with xmas decor and music at the end of Jan lol)The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the guy that did my mom's pedicure. He danced, he sang and he even acted out scenes from The Lion King! My mother loved it and really enjoyed herself. I had a lot of anxiety going in because she has dementia and I didn't know if she would be on her best behavior, lol....she can get a little mouthy sometimes.He massaged her hands, as well as legs and feet. He even used hot stones! When she immediately smeared the paint everywhere stepping down from the chair, he cleaned her up quickly, with no complaints.Most cheap places start at $22 and this place looks like it should charge that much but it was $30. He made it worth the price and since they only charged me $5 for my daughter, I was happy~!

Profile Nails is one of those places that becomes your holy grail! You know what you're going to get, they are very consistent and reliable. I've been coming here for years now, even after I moved to Carmichael. Definitely worth the trip! Their prices are competitive and their service is always pleasant. All around win-win! This place is definitely overpriced for what it is.... it's pretty old and run down yet charges the same as a newer, more modern, much nicer place.Two things I could not get over....First: It smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke, which makes me feel sick and is definitely not relaxing (when I pulled up they were all out front smoking cigarettes, obviously the reason why). Second: I'm not sure about the sanitary aspect. It didn't seem like they had new or even properly sanitized tools which is a huge concern. Obviously I can't state that as a fact, as I don't know much about proper sanitization or laws regarding it... I just know when I go to other nail salons they either have a brand new kit for each customer or they are in a plastic bag which have clearly been properly sanitized for each customer. This place just took out a pencil box filled with nail tools that clearly weren't new and when she was done with me, she just put them back in the box and didn't seem as if she was going to put them anywhere to be sanitized. The employees however were incredibly kind and accommodating. The lady that did my pedi gave me the longest massage I've ever had. I feel bad giving it and overall poor review because they really were very nice people. The guy that did my gel manicure did a really nice job, they look great. The lady that did my pedi (extremely nice) but my pedi was not the best of quality when it came to the actual polish... I have nail polish all over my skin around my toes and it's not very even, kind of splotchy in some areas. So to sum it up: based on price, quality,cleanliness I'd give it 1 star. Based on friendliness of employees I'd give it 4. So I'm just gonna split that and give it 2 stars. I probably would have given more stars if it was a lot cheaper than other places, but I don't think I will return here when I know there are dozens of places that are newer and do a better job for the same price.

One time good...next time bad.....like a roller coaster.One time sweet...next time sour......

My daughter went in for a new set of acrylic nails, paid $65 dollars and got the worst job done. They are very uneven, she asked for a matte 3D flower and got a smooshed polished flower. DO NOT waste your money here. I am never coming back, first impressions are important and this place is not it!
