I came across this place on Groupon, I have never tried boxing before so I was a beginner not knowing even the basics. I was a little intimidated by going to a boxing class as a beginner but as soon as I walked in, the women at the front desk was very polite and answered all our questions and made sure we had the right gear. There were all ages there from small children, teens to adults and some were pros and some people weren't so it was definitely a nice pressure free environment. Our coach Adrian was awesome. You can tell he loves what he does and he really pushes you and you definitely get a great workout. I like how we did different things every class, definitely kept it interesting.I HIGHLY recommend this place if you just want to get a good workout or if you want to learn boxing, either way go!!!

I bought a months free boxing training here through a Groupon special last year and while I only attended the one class (100% me not holding myself accountable to committing), I loved the experience and vibe. I was fortunate to get my trainer one-on-one due to other cancellations. He walked me through the "What" & "Why" for all the different routines (jump rope, punching bag, in ring, training bags, etc.) and checked me on my posture consistently. While boxing may not be my forte, the groove was awesome and I will 100% be coming back. Once I get through my commitment issues ... ;)

This month marks a year that i've been a part of this GYM. i joined via Groupon and haven't looked back since. The Trainers Adrian and Omar are awesome, as well as the front office staff. What equipment do you need? You can buy their packaged deal for equipment which i did which includes a jump rope, hand wrap, and boxing glove, or you can just go and get your own. There is no loaner equipment for what i know and believe me you don't want to do that. this sport is sweaty. The GYM schedule has early morning classes and evening classes. So it is very accommodating for anyone who has a crazy work schedule. Each session is 45 minutes long and it is intense. Every day is a different workout mixed along with jump rope and heavy bag work. Whether its Adrian or Omar, you can expect a very demanding workout. They will demand that you work hard, but they won't ever belittle you. There are a lot of times that i've struggled during the workout and all i hear from either trainer is c'mon Champ or give me a few more, the encouragement to me goes a long way. Whether you are looking to fight like a boxer, train like one, or like me just trying to lose weight. This place has all the fundamentals/tools to help you. Got kids? no worries, there is a Mini Fist program that is tailored to teaching kids the fundamentals of Boxing. Whether its adults or kids, The class sizes are small and the GYM space is nice so you have a lot of room to work. There are so many great things i can continue to say about this GYM, but to the person reading this. You'll have to just come on down to see for yourself.

Trying Primetime was honestly one of the most spontaneous decisions I've ever made. I didn't know if it was really something I could do, or if I could ever get close to the shape I was in before my horrific car accident (metal hip, some permanent nerve damage, to name a couple of the injuries that make a lot of things more difficult now), but I am gaining more confidence and definitely more muscle! Never thought it was possible. I LOVE it and now I'm addicted! The coach is so great and pushes me to my limits.

My girlfriend bought the Groupon for a new way to get us into shape. When we did the sign up and looked at the website, I really wasn't sure what to expect. You are required to have hand wraps, boxing gloves, and a jump rope, all of which you can buy on your own, or buy at the facility. It's in the improving area of Del Paso near the old ice rink.I walked in for my introductory session and I was honestly scurrred for what the class was going to do to me. A regular session was just finishing up and the group was drenched, and looked completely spent after moving from pushups to some other ab work, and ended with a run outside somewhere. The introductory session wasn't that bad. It was a good little warm up, they teach you how to put on your hand wraps, and how to throw a punch the right way along with footwork. I went home and felt better. After my first regular 45 minutes session, I can say it was the hardest work out of my life. It doesn't compare to other things I've done. Each session and trainer is different, but it is tough because trying to box is something I've never done before. You don't actually spar, but it's everything else you would probably do to train for a fight fitness wise. You always start with jumping rope (which I am absolutely horrible at!) or on the treadmill or bike to get your feet and heart rate going. Then you do a variety of ab work and legs, move on to the heavy bag, speed bag, back to the heavy bag, and more ab work and legs. I was sore for three days, and yet I keep coming back. The music is blasting and keeps you going because its heavy beats with some top 40 mixed in (no country or techno music here) and you just move to it naturally.I recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for something different than your regular chain. But my only beef is it is a little pricey. If it wasn't for the Groupon, I would've thought twice of going.

All day, every day. Lead follow or get the F out of the way. Don't matter where you came from, just where you're going and how you get there.

I strongly recommend that you DO NOT go to this gym. The first 2 free days i attended this gym. The manager informed me to come at 4 PM. So I took a lyft for $30 to the gym. After i arrived, she proceeded to tell me that she never notified me to come at 4 pm but rather at 5 PM. So after i asked her why she told me to come at 5 pm and i had to waste time and money on her mistake, Her husband (the couach) started to cuss at me and told me to leave the gym. Then he eventually told me to come back at 5 : 30 pm. I had to wait over an hour, and waste money and time for their mistake. It was extremely frustrating. If This type of behavior occurs In the first 2 days then I don't know what will happen afterwards. So please don't go to the gym. I STRONGLY recommend that you attend a better, cheaper, gym that has more respectful people. There are many other gyms that are better than this one. Especially around my city. Thanks for listening, good luck my friends!
