Pretty Sweet

This place makes some good hot chocolate! Got their seasonal Mexican Hot Chocolate and it was delicious! Love the cinnamon and spices that go perfect with the chocolate, it was perfect on a cold winter evening. Their other seasonal drinks looked good too. I'll have to come back to check them out.

Love the name of this shop! We got a few Macaroons, pretty tasty and the texture was on point! We also got the pumpkin cheesecake, which was good, but the cheesecake was pretty moist. The crème brûlée was fair, however the top was a bit over torched. In all, I would try other deserts here!

Pretty Sweet has a nice central location next to the middle plaza so we stumbled upon it after checking out the big Christmas tree. They have such a great variety of desserts, but also drinks! It was hard to decide from everything. They had themed Sanrio drinks, seasonal drinks, and their regular coffee and boba menu. I decided on the honeydew Italian soda. When it came out I was expecting it to have cream on top so I was a bit disappointed. I decided to just ask, the worst they could say is no. He was super nice about it though and added the splash of cream with no problem! It tasted good with the cream and I think it would have been too sweet without it. My husband's mango black tea was way too sweet though, even the color looked like it, so it just tasted like mango syrup. I guess that goes with the name of the place though! They had tons of pastries and desserts on display. We didn't grab any but next time I'll be stopping in for some!

Such a cute spot to grab a dessert or a refreshing drink! As soon as I entered I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I was interested in ordering one of the Sanrio drinks but was drawn to the lychee flavor! I gave it a try and it was pretty refreshing. Only thing to note that it is a slush so it's ice based. With that, I got a few ice chunks. But the rainbow jelly was tasty. I didn't get boba in my drink ( as advertised) , but it would have been a nice combo! Will definitely come back to try other sweet treats!

The name says it all! Cute little place with nice service and great treats. They have coffee drinks as well as some delicious, mouth water desserts. The place is located in the Palladio and it was right next to the big water fountain area. So convenient, grab a treat and have a seat at one of the benches close by! I got the chocolate mouse, strawberry macaroon, and my cousin got the tiramisu. I also got an espresso! Good price and definitely worth a try!

Pretty, yummy, delicious. Love this place. Especially the day we went there it was cool. We sat outside bite into those decadent pastry and cupcakes... sipped out comforting mochas and hot tea.Go here, it's a fun atmosphere outside, sit, sip, bite (into your pastries and cupcakes) and do some people watching.We were never disappointed on how delicious those chocolate cupcakes were.Go here tomorrow!

Poor customer service. I went to get coffee and dessert, but they gave me the dessert in a box even though they weren't closing. When I asked for a plate, they said they don't do that. I also asked for water, and they said they only sell bottles.

I ordered a cake for my bday. The process was very simple and easy. They were very responsive through email in a timely manner. I placed an order for my cake about a week in advance and they were able to make it for me. It honestly looked picture perfect! The frosting was perfect on the cake, not a single bump or flaw. It's hard to say this but the sadly actual cake itself wasn't all that, the texture is a bit dry, I got confetti cake and there really wasn't much confetti in the batter either. The frosting was sweetened perfectly but the cake could definitely be more moist. The young man who checked me out was super patient and friendly. Just bc of the good service I would consider ordering again but the cake texture could use a lot of improvement- not trying to sound picky I've just consumed a lot of cake growing up bc my step mom used to bake cakes and sell them when I lived with her.

The most adorable boutique bakery and coffee shop at the Palladio! Stumbled across it after browsing books at Barnes and Noble. The business owner behind the counter is sweet and friendly. I'm impressed my made to order boba was excellent and beat the usual boba shops around town - so you have to try them! They also have a great selection of coffee, tea, and boba, along with scrumptious desserts. There are about 4 bistro type marble tables inside, and more outside across from the garden.Chill vibe, high ceilings, floor to ceiling walls, nice view of the garden, picturesque, thoughtfully decorated with detail, very nice touch, felt boutiquey and European. Just a beautiful space to stop and enjoy a drink and a snack.Husband had Temple coffee, we split a yummy, moist, blueberry scone, and I had delicious taro boba with the perfect amount of chew on their freshly made boba. Not too sweet, either.Will be one of our favorite stores and will be returning regularly. So glad this shop is only a few minutes from our house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Bought a slice of chocolate cake and one slice of coconut cake. Cake wasn't fresh. Service good.
