I had a nice chat with manager, Sammy and he made me feel much better, I have a premier membership now with 24 hour access and classes There is a new stair master and so I am happy with this gym at this time.

A quiet place that welcomes seniors. Some places have grunting bozos who make a show of dropping weights loudly etc. - none of that here! Some places are filthy and smell like a wall-to-wall armpit - none of that here! Some of the equipment is new, some is well-used but also well-maintained. While you may have an occasional cranky machine, you rarely find an out-and-out broken machine. Several people have mentioned the owner Sammy - he's an awesome guy, be sure to say hello! This is not a fancy dancy place, just an honest, safe, quiet, clean place to get some daily exercise. Did I mention they LIKE seniors?

When I first signed up I got a decent deal for paying one year of dues upfront. This was probably the biggest mistake I have ever made. The gym itself is not bad but the business is a shit show. I was told that I could not cancel my membership after the year that I paid in advance was up and I began being billed monthly. I have spoken with someone at least once a month for the past 4 to 5 months and I am constantly reassured that I will not be billed the following month. Long story short, I have been a member at this gym for a year and 6 months with 6 of those months being me held hostage because they refuse to cancel my membership. Do not enter a contract with these people, because they will refuse to let you out of it.

Excited to be a new member at this gym. Shanice is awesome! I got to work out & get comfortable before signing up. The owner Sammy came by to see how I was doing & asked if I had any questions. Looking forward to working out here.

Very impressed with the environment at the gym. The people were nice and they have lots of new equipment!

This gym is my lifeline with my fitness needs...convenient, good value, and knowledgeable/friendly staff that help me accomplish my fitness goals. Tried many other gyms in the area and this is hands down the best!

We've been going here for years. Sammy is the owner. He is very nice and professional. Robin works at the counter. She is always friendly and helpful if you need assistance. I would recommend this gym. It is clean and has plenty of equipment for a great workout.

I began my membership July of 2021 and cancelled soon after. I then began receiving charges again in February of 2022. Believing I cancelled my membership, which I did, and moving to a different CC I did not notice that Premier Fitness continued to charge my account until early 2023. By this time they had fradulently charged my credit card for over $600.When I brought this up to management, they claimed I never canceled my membership and did not have the paperwork that I signed. Why would they stop charging my account for 7 months and then begin again?My mother also had issues with them charging her card twice for a year long membership. Overall this company is extremely unprofessional and will falsify documents to get out of giving your money back. I had to give up receiving my $649 because they "lost" my cancellation paperwork.Sammy continually avoided my calls and when I sent a strongly worded email calling them unprofessional and idiotic, finally a call was returned. We exchanged some profanities and I left it at that. Absolutely abysmal customer service and morals for a small-time gym.Stay far away from Premier Fitness.

This used to be a place of cleanliness. They always had the floor clean of dust and always had people maintaining the gym. For the last few months this place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The bathrooms smell like a portal potty and the urinals haven't been cleaned in months. For the paying customers, this is very disappointing. I'm not sure if the owners even care about cleanliness but this is unacceptable and hope something is done about this. The members want a clean experience when working out.

I'd like to update my recent review to reflect womers response. They did reach out and rectify the issue promptly as well as refunded the ongoing charges rapidly with apologies for what took place. The club experience itself is an excellent value for the price as I was there for over a year. I appreciate very their reach out after my initial aggravation.
