I'm always smelling chicken when I walk out of the gym or Ross in this plaza. I always go through the drive-thru and I've NEVER had a bad experience with the customer service here. Everyone has been nice and service is fast. I usually just get the spicy chicken sandwich and that's it. I haven't gone inside yet so I can't make a statement there but perhaps will update my review if I ever step inside. There's plenty of parking around and a decent amount of spots in front of the restaurant. Not everything on the menu is a hit. The spicy chicken sandwich, Mac n cheese, and the beignets are good.

This has been the nicest location I've ever entered! Due to it being new to the area, at least a year or so old, would explain why it's still so appealing and clean. Why can't all locations look this great? Lol. My husband and I specifically came to Popeyes to take advantage of his bonus points in his app he had recently just earned. Well... get this. The restaurant does not have the scanners installed to scan the app allowing customers to use their points. NONE in the Sacramento area do. Awesome job, Popeyes. Sure hope you get it together because you're going to lose a lot of business if you don't get those scanners installed ASAP. Since we were already here my husband ordered his usual meal, chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. Food is always stellar, crisp and juicy tenders along with flavorful and crispy shrimp as well. Can't forget their Cajun fries too! Those are a must. I highly recommend to everyone not privy to Popeyes is to download the app and order from there!!! You will save a tremendous amount rather than paying the price in the actual restaurant. I kid you not, prices for a lot of stuff are nearly doubled.

My husband loves the ghost pepper chicken wings. But I love their fried chicken sandwich. It's a lot but if you share or take home, it's perfect. The service at our location in Elgrove is always great. The restaurant is always clean and the service is good.

Popped in here as I was working nearby. I got my 2 piece with a bizkit with purchase of a $3.99 large soda survey deal. All good. Not as friendly as my home base W. El Camino one in South Natomas. But I did get what I expected food-wise and service-wise.

It was that I ordered 3 3 piece special and ask that each 3 piece be put in uts own box. Well that did not happen and when I got home I only had 7 piece of chicken not 9. My request was easy. Then no one answers the phone . I am extra mad because I was really hungry but had to give my one piece of chicken to my child because he was hungry too.

Customer service was good, however my chicken came with a hint of steel wool. Make sure you always look before you bite.

I am so done with this location. I order delivery through the Popeyes app and there have been missing items the last three times. Not small items but entrees. My feeling is that they just do not check the bags to make sure all items are included before sealing it. Terrible. And forget trying to chat with a live customer agent. The chat is only with a bot and if you need to talk to a live human they say they will contact you in 24-48 hours. What a joke.

Went through the drive-through where we live a couple blocks from Popeyes by the time we got home the french fries were ice cold and limp yuck

One of the best chicken sandos hands down! Had the spicy chicken sandwich for lunch and it did not disappoint.
