I come every three weeks for a gel pedicure and the experience is always very good. The pedicure is thorough, relaxing and is consistent. The people are friendly and professional. I always call ahead and never have to wait when I arrive. The prices are fair and they give a quality pedicure. I've been going to Pleasant Nails for four years.

I've been going here for almost a year. After today, I will not be coming back. Lily took me and I asked if she could do a design I found online. She said she could. She was definitely rushing because she had other customers waiting on her so this was very disappointing. My nails were misshapen, she went between a mix of powder and gel so the products weren't mixing well and made my nails feel sandpaper. As you can see, my nails looked nothing like the picture I showed them. Afterwards, I went to another nail salon to get them fixed.
