It's been a long time since I've ordered from Plaza Del Sol, so I decided to order two meals to go. The chili Colorado enchiladas and the tamale plates.I loved how fresh everything was. The meat was very tender and the sauce was very authentic and light, not overpowering. The tamale was also very moist, and a very healthy size with a lot of filling, and sauce. The refried beans seemed freshly mashed and very good, as was the Spanish rice. You definitely get you money's worth.Always great staff!

Maybe you have a new cook, but the flavors were just a little bland. You could use a whole lot more seasoning in the food and maybe a different salsa that has a kick to it tasted really like tomato sauce. Our waiter is always good as usual just maybe add a little bit more seasoning to everything.

Shouldn't be cooking with peanut oil at a Mexican restaurant, it throws the flavor of a burrito off. Vegetable oil is the safest option to cook with.

The food was very good but the main reason for this review is the service. We were sat immediately, our waiter came over and immediately took drink orders. Our food orders were taken and brought out in excellent timing. Each time our waters were half empty, they were filled up. When the chips and dip for low they were right there to bring more. The attention to detail and efficiency deserve a major round of applause especially since there were 5 of us. The friendliness and comfort of the restaurant alone is enough of a reason to come back. The food was also very good. You can get a 3 item combo plate for $19 and it's a generous portion! I got two chicken enchilada and a chicken taco, both delicious and the plate comes with rice and beans. It was lunch and dinner all in one. I wasn't able to snap pictures so I'll be coming back for sure! Excellent meal and excellent service. Side note - very clean bathrooms!

We were able to book a sort of last minute reservation for 20 people at Plaza, and they were so gracious with their time. We had a great family dinner before my brother's wedding, and everyone loved their food. The staff was welcoming as always, and provided us excellent service. I tried the ablondigas seasonal soup and it was amazing - had plenty to bring home too!
