I love this place! Super diverse, kind staff and fun for pool! This is what everyone wants when it comes to a neighborhood bar where people treat you like family. I was very surprised to see a recent negative review and I encourage another visit. We have been here 10 times in the last year and had only positive experiences.

Negative stars! Waited 20 minutes for a draft beer, then When I asked about it..waitress in a Bosa jersey!! She got an attitude!! Then brought my combo platter out it was COMPLETELY burned!! And when I complained I got an even bigger attitude!! SHE Blamed me that I was rude?? WTF?? If a customer asking about their order is rude to you....youre in the wrong business!!! So that's why my food was brought out burned?? BECAUSE I asked about a beer???? Even people at other tables were saying "your food is burned to all hell"!! I understand you're busy but gives you NO Right to be rude to paying customers!! IDC how busy you are!! But it wasn't just me...they were RUDE to everyone with Melanin! Sign of the times! I will NOT come back here if you paid me to!! Get a better attitude makes you look ugly and petty AF!! Shows how immature and privileged you think you are! I know you are gonna read this and I hope you do a better job and be a better person! Period!!!

We came in to sing Karaoke. They had the game playing, so we had to wait. The game went into overtime... so no we didn't get the opportunity to sing. We were bummed.

Good food, great service. Sarah knew exactly what we wanted and was very attentive. Burger was great, better than most other bars and pubs. Atmosphere was great and they even offered to change one of the tvs to our preferred program when it wasn't too busy. We have been and will continue to return.

Where everybody knows your name Players is a place many feel at home. Memories are the best thing you will get when you visit players. You will gain friends, have a blast, and even fall in love. You will celebrate life and always have someone to talk to when you need it. Some see Players as not just a bar, but a legacy. Cheers to Jeff who had owned and operated both locations since 1984 & 1987. We love Players and everyone there like family . Don't forget the amazing food!!!

Bar food. Takes a while to get from one kitchen down the street to another. But the burgers are really good.

Exceptional service, friendly staff, and great drinks. A must-visit bar to unwind and relax. 5 stars!

Website and phone say they are open at 1130am.Door sign says they open at 2 pmWe got there at 1135 - no cars in lot - door locked - no one there.A Friend went another day after 2 pm staff told him they open at 2 pm.Please update your answering message and your website .

Me and a neighbor went here on Friday night around 9. The blonde bar tender treated me like a bar fly... Ignored! Walk by as I stood there at the mostly empty bar with no welcome or acknowledgment. So we went back to Fair Oaks village. I live in Fair Oaks- Chicago Creek and my friends and family and I will never bother your blonde bar tender again.#IGNOREDBARFLY

Joyce was amazing i loved her !!! We celebrated my friends birthday here and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She's fantastic, I love her!
