Love experiencing the kindness of young people. Very difficult times for everyone especially POC. To be in an area where I stand out and to have strangers say good morning with eye contact , passing by simple regular human treatment, I feel better about driving way up out here in the hills :) Good job Young ones.

Great spot. Quick service, good coffee and can blow through in minutes.They have delicious empandas and the kids smoothies are awesome looking and tasty.

They have Peet's coffee, which is great, and my favorite standard. They have good scones and muffins, though they always seem to be out of most of the flavors by the time I get to them, offer more robust food menuthan the other coffee stands. Also extra points for being the cutest drive through coffee in the area.

I'm no coffee expert, barista, or java junkie necessarily, but usually once a week I end up at the Depot. I get there really early, so there's usually no crowds or lines. I don't order anything too fancy, but I do enjoy the coffee in general and from my amateur perspective, I think the do a good job. The staff is quick, efficient, friendly, and in a few minutes, I'm on to my commute into town with a hot cup of good coffee and that, folks, makes me happy. I look forward to more visits to the Depot.

Coffee is basically just milk. Tried the place a few times now and even when you ask for extra shots the coffee will taste like iced milk. Disappointed.

Placerville Coffee Depot is awesome!!The owners are extremely nice and Im told by staff they roast their own beans.All of their drinks, muffin top and cookies are yummy and very reasonably priced.you can get a small "GOOD" cup of coffee for 1.00, where else is this happening.Please go by Placerville Coffee Depot and give them your support. The staff are also very nice and accommodating.

It's been many years since I've came through here. On many visits the drinks were watered down and the service was not the friendliest. I heard earlier today it was recently sold to a young couple so I thought I'd give this place a new chance. The owners were both friendly and my drink was made quickly and tasted great. It's still a walk up or drive thru and has a few tables outside. I will definitely start coming back and hopefully word gets around that it's changed hands. There's a lot of us locals that would much rather support our town's small businesses rather than Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and Dunkin'.

Bummed that the coffee depot is under new ownership, the owners are SO sweet but the new coffee is pretty weak and drinks feel way watered down. Sandwiches are much thinner and smaller as well. :-( I hope they're just getting the kinks worked out!

The Coffee depot has some of the best Coffee around..ButWhat makes it such a great stop everyday is the wonderful young ladies that work ThereRachelTaylor and Maddithey are all ways very sweet and Friendly It is the best start to my day , and i know people that feel the same its great that they are open at 6amKeep up the great job Ladies

Went to get coffee stood at walk up window for 10 minutes no acknowledgement from the girl working knocked on the window still nothing. No wonder they are selling the business. Off to Starbucks I go.
