Very good customer service. They gave us bread sticks for free and the meat lovers pizza wasn't too salty. This spot is the best pizza I ever had.

I'm sure there's a segment of the population that loves eating stems...for me it's kind of a pain in the ass. I want peppers on my pizza in every bite. I don't want this big ass pepper that I have to destem before eating. Weird.Pizza was ok. Standard dough type. They use a Good ham for pizza.They really should use chopped destemmed peppers instead.

Great food, friendly staff, but understaffed.We ate here the other day with a large group, and thankfully there was a nice large table in the middle to accommodate us. The dining area is very small, so if you're looking to eat here on a Friday night you might not be so lucky. (They do have a large area outside but not in this 100° weather).I ordered a large veggie ($30) which was absolutely great. Loads of toppings, thin crust, every bite was wonderful. However, the first time they brought out the pizza it had onions on it, which we requested they hold. It's even on the receipt, and as soon as the server brought it to us, she noticed the onions and apologized. They remade it and about 15 minutes later we were eating.(They also offered for us to keep the first pizza at no charge, but when they took it away to box up for us, they never brought it back out... so... ‍)The couple next to us ordered a pizza and they forgot to bring it out to them, so it got cold on the counter. Again, they remade it and let them keep the cold one.When we ordered, they offered us free breadsticks. Those never came out, and we never asked about them.The beer was "just okay".I was tempted to get a salad, but the salad bar was really unkept and a bit limited compared to other places like Round Table.What's peculiar is that there were a lot of employees running around doing things -- but I got the impression that everyone is responsible for everything, with no specialization of duties. This might explain the mistakes we saw during our visit.

The BEST pizza. Vegetebell is my absolute favorite pizza ever. The service is always super friendly and fast and their beer selection is great. My only issue is that they don't chop their peppers, but the food is good enough to overlook it. It's definitely worth the drive out of Elk Grove to try out

First time trying Pizza Bell amd we are very disappointed. We got the P.B. Margarita, and the whole pizza is doughy. We also got hot wings that looked undercooked, so we had to put them in the airfryer. We will not waste our money again.

Pizza Bell has always been my go-to for yummy pizza in the Elk Grove area, but I'm pretty disappointed by my last order. I called in an order for 3 PB Twisters and a mini pizza on Monday and the timing of the order was perfect. Service was okay. The guy at the counter was incredibly quiet and gave me the vibe that he really didn't want to be there. Lol My issue is that the PB Twisters were so thin! They use to be nice and fluffy but these were lacking in size and taste. I was super bummed and I have noticed this the last few times I've ordered. The quality of the PB twisters are just not the same and that's the only reason I return to Pizza Bell again and again...

Jayden... What a wonderful soul, he knows how to handle customers in a spliff of a second, he is very social. Jayden helped me understand what a pizza really is and what it means to be a pizza lover, as well as a meat lover. he understands why we come to Pizza Bell and the cravings that we get after eating the hot and the Parmesan garlic wings. The breadsticks are even better. Give it up for Jayden for his hard work and his outstanding teamwork.

Get the take and bake pizza. Cook it for @ 5 minutes then finish on a preheated pizza stone. Comes out perfect. Bene, Buono, or molto bene!Bravo! Get the idea lol
