Pieces Pizza by the Slice

You come for the pizza but stay for the vibe. The slices are tasty with fresh chewy dough, zesty sauce and an abundance of glorious cheese including in the crust. I recommend the garlic & mushroom slice. Gotta say the folks who work there are top notch friendly and they spin great tunes on a nice sound system. On our last visit Dillon made us a fresh pie and had both of my little girls feeling like they couldn't possibly ever find a better pizza place due to the outstanding service and friendliness.A great place to enjoy a slice and a fine pizzeria to feel the spirit of Sacramento.

It was crispy, light, and full of flavor, like it was crafted by someone who truly loves their dough.But the real star of the experience? Jackie, she was working! She was absolutely hilarious and had us laughing so hard throughout our visit. It's rare to find a spot where the food is incredible and the atmosphere feels like a comedy show.If you're looking for a place that serves mouthwatering pizza with a side of good vibes and belly laughs, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

Loved this place and have been coming for years but the last 2 times we came they put waaaaaaaaaaay too much garlic on/in the pizza. Whoever is making some of the pizzas is adding garlic to the sauce like it's cheese. Every bite was a mouthful of garlic. We threw our pizzas away the last time we came. Just wasn't the same. Never minded some garlic just this was insane. Please stop with all the extra raw garlic chunks.

Hands down the BEST pizza by the slice in all of Sacramento! Usually cheese slices don't have much flavor but these guys add a little fresh garlic, and hand grated cheese on top and stuff the crusts with extra cheese. You can tell the pizza is made with love. The service was A1 and the vibe was hella cool. I'll definitely be back for more soon.

My cousin brought me here after a movie. He is a regular at this restaurant. I had the four cheese pizza. You can only have one slice because it's very filling and I actually took part of it home. It is very delicious.

I was very surprised to be paying $10 for one tiny slice of pizza that I didn't find delicious. I liked the retro feel and the worker was really friendly, so there were good parts, but the pizza was not it.

Pizza was really good, but I feel some type of way. There were no prices listed and the guy charged me $20 for two slices of pizza and two sodas. And then I went on Yelp to look at the menu and each slice of pizza. It was a little bit over four dollars make it make sense.

Love how they sell slices of pizza at a reasonable price too! Perfect for a quick bite. It's about a 5-10min walk from a lot of clubs/bars in sac. It's open super late so it's perfect to head over there and grab a slice or two after a night of partying! I stuck with a classic cheese slice, didn't want to upset my stomach with too many toppings mixing with alcohol lol, and it hit the spot perfectly! Definitely my go to spot after going out drinking. When I went it was to go only, not sure if they have seating available. Staff is friendly and they work quick!

Came in later last night no prices anywhere get two slices and two apple juice at $2 each that's fine but $30 for two slices +apple juice. thats $13-$15 per slice. Workers seem a little sketchy too when we asked them about the guy warming pizza says it about $8-$10 per slice "says that's normal prices everywhere". So the lady either over charge or she charged me three slices. Definitely avoid this place. Sorry pizza was good not no $15 per slice good. Definitely could got a full pizza at $35 out the door.
