Pho Vegan Asian Cuisine

We stop by when we get back into town on Sundays. Tired. Hungry. Want to go home. The gentleman who owns and runs this place is very friendly, cooperative and the food comes out pretty quickly. We're usually sitting outside in the car with our dog. If he's not busy he'll come out with the food. Sometimes I don't know exactly what I want. I'll describe what I'm hankering for and he suggests something or alter a dish to fit. Two of his best suggestions was the bah mi sandwich. I wanted double the filling and said I'd pay for the extra. He made it and it's great! Next dish I love is an eggplant dish. I'm not a huge tofu fan and he suggested all eggplant. YES! One of my favorite dishes. We haven't eaten in I don't think. We usually get everything to go. It has lots of indoor seating. No outdoor seating.

This restaurant is near Stanford ranch and fairway (near Costco) and has ample parking/Staff is very friendly and their menu is pretty varied.You need to order at the counter vs table service.It is reassuring that they are vegan, no chicken broth, oyster sauce or other surprises.They also have reasonable sized water cups vs someone places where two gulps and your donePortion sizes are deft, food is good. You can also request oil free.I didn't know that the owners of Vegan Plate did their training here and went off on their own on Douglas Blvd.They shut down, karma is a B if you try to rip off the original owners.Food did taste good. I would return.

12/10 would eat here again. Menu options are extensive. Gluten free labeling is stellar. Staff is cool. Location is good. Didn't care for the tap water, but that's my only negative zonk. If you are looking for a weary traveler place to drop in for a moment or a good spot for a casual date, this place is truly the bees knees. Locals to this area, you are so lucky to be blessed by this goodness.

I ordered a pad thai. They were able to accommodate my requests for no peanuts due to allergies which was nice. The restaurant is calm and relaxing inside. I will go again!

The place reminds me of Signs Signs Everywhere Signs by Five Man Electric Band. It's like a HOA. It's a nice quiet and clean Vegan restaurant. Credit Card use added 3%. The Korean noodle dish has good flavor. The dumplings in the soup are so so.

We have been going to Pho Vegan since they opened. The food has always been amazing! Love that they have an oil free menu also.

The food was delicious! I loved the fried rice with fried tofu and the egg rolls were our favorite. Potstickers are good, I like crispier. 100% veganThe employees which I believe are the owners are really kind. It's very nice inside, beautiful decor.

Bomb dot com--I never eat vegan or vegetarian food but damn this was good. Flavored well, good portions, filling, all of the above! Customer service is good as well. We got Kung Pao Tofu(flavored really nicely), Pho Tofu, and Spring Rolls.

Very hardworking small business, friendly and very fast! The steamed buns are phenomenal! Got the Pad thai and orange "chicken" today, very tasty.
