Service was slow. We sat at our table a good 20 minutes before they took our order. They took orders at tables that arrived after us. We had to flag a waiter down to say we were ready. Good size restaurant with plenty of seating. There was no line, but it still took them a while to seat us. Food was standard, nothing screamed over the top for me. I ordered the Vermicelli will grilled pork and eggroll, and I also ordered Shrimp spring rolls. Grilled pork was a little dry.

I called in for takeout. The gentleman on the phone was rushed and sped through taking my order, but he repeated it back to me and then told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. He then hung up.When I arrived to the restaurant. Staff were shouting across the restaurant between the kitchen and the register. I waited patiently until the lady at the register motioned me forward. I explained I was there at to pick up a to-go order. She cut me off and shouted "47?" I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or perhaps another employee/person. So I said, "Excuse me?" She sighed and said 47 again. To which I was confused. I then said I was there to pick up the pho and spring rolls to go. And she said, yes, 47. Then told me I needed to pay attention to my order number. That would be great if I had an order number to begin with. The pho was good and came with all of the fix-ins, but the spring rolls had zero flavor. If I were to go back, I would just stick to the pho. I'm hoping this was just an off day. And word to the wise, if you place a to go order, be sure to ask for your order number.

Ordered 2 beef pho bowls with well done steak and brisket to-go on my way back from an out of town trip. All to-go orders only come in the large size. Other bowl sizes are served for dine-in only. I didn't realize I had a pho spot so close by. This is located in the HBA Plaza behind Burlington. The restaurant is huge with lots of dining room space and was pretty busy for a Sunday evening. My food was made and packed to go within 15 minutes. I like their to-go set up with the noodles, protein, and add-ins on the side in a to-go box and the broth in its own container. This stopped my noodles from getting soggy before I was home. The broth is very good, with a nice level of umami. The portion was huge and I was actually able to go two meals out of the one, so I would say the price is excellent.

Needs a quick delicious pho restaurant for lunch. This place fulfills the requirements. The broth is clean and delicious. The service is quick if not a little gruff. But you can tell they try their best. The restaurant is clean and simple which is always reassuring. I'll definitely be back as the weather gets cooler

If I could leave a zero review I would. The older lady with short hair is absolutely disrespectful and plain out rude. She got mine and my sisters order wrong. We ordered two Phos, one with no tofu and revived both without. My sister politely went to ask if they could put tofu in her pho. The guy and the lady started yelling at each other across the restaurant. She then came up to us and told us we order two without tofu and tried to correct us. She kept yelling and shrugging her shoulder while the whole restaurant was watching. Absolutely embarrassing on their part. She walked away with an attitude and said we didn't order one with tofu. They need to write down their orders.

We came to grab lunch on Saturday afternoon and the place was busy but the service was quick. Our orders were taken right away and food came out in less than 10 minutes. I do wish they would've brought appetizers out first but funny enough, our entrees arrived before the apps. Their menu is so big and have everything your basic Vietnamese restaurant offers. We shared the salt and pepper calamari and it was yummy! I ordered the shrimp chow fun and the portion was huge. It was practically family style. lol the noodles were a little too sweet for my liking. I think the oyster sauce was a bit overpowering. My husband had the pork and egg roll vermicelli and this portion was also large. He really enjoyed the flavor on the pork. It's a little more expensive here. Entrees are from $16-$20+ dollars. My shrimp chow fun was $18. . .the most I've ever paid for pan friend noodles. I'm assuming the high prices are due to the location.

This place never disappoints. They expanded their location and have added additional seating. My husband always orders the spring rolls, and we love them. The pho broth is my favorite, and I love the brisket with it. The portions are plenty and I never leave hungry.

Was craving pho and this was the closest to me. The pho was okay, it wasn't amazing but it was enough to satisfy. They don't have real sriracha which messed up the taste for me :( We are told to sit ourselves and service to order and food arriving was fast. Pay in the front. Big spacious indoors and it's comfortable to eat solo.

Good service, good portions for the price of it, don't really have complaints ,the only reason that I gave 4 and not 5 is I have had better pho's, but I would 100% recommend this place
