Perfect Cuts

Tried this place today after reading great reviews. I have thin, long hair and have always been very nervous of the people I trust to cut my hair. Karen was nothing short of absolutely amazing. The shop was busy for a Monday morning, but Karen did a wonderful job of not only taking her time, but making sure everyone felt welcomed. She's a great conversationalist and she really listened to what my needs and concerns were. I'll definitely be back!

Answer to prayer! Was looking for a quick, cheap haircut but was nervous with my long hair to try somewhere new. Karen was super kind and friendly, and the haircut (trimming the edges and framing layers around the face) was exactly what I was looking for. Only $20, would recommend :)

Tried this place out for the first time and absolutely loved it! Karen is amazing and gave me such a cute cut! She could charge way more if she wanted to, this is a great bang for your buck. Such a lovely lady and salon!

I needed a trim and tired of my stylist taking off 4" when I asked for 1" off, I chose Karen based on the reviews here.I am not taking away anything from Karen's ability as a stylist or how friendly she is - major kudos for both. The fact of the matter is her salon has grown in business because of her Yelp reviews and quite frankly I am not sure she can keep up.First I chose an weekday afternoon and was confronted with a 35 minute wait. Then I went back the next day at 11am and there was one cut and a color ahead of me which turned out to be an hour wait. The cut was fine - she dry cut it because I had been waiting for so long and she listened in terms of keeping it to an inch. She did a good job.She is doing it all shampooing, cleaning up, coloring, answering phones, cutting, etc. For a one person shop without appointments it seems to be a bit much. I used to go to a 1 person shop, but with appointments it very manageable. I'm not sure how long she can keep this first-come, first-serve business without affecting her clients from walking out after dealing with long wait times. I saw one person walk out because they didn't want to wait. MInd you, she is located near Sierra College and college kids are always wanting a cheap haircut so most likely she doesn't have down time.I know its hard to run a small business, but maybe it's time Karen add a shampoo person or someone else to help with things like color. I am pleased with the cut, but not sure if i want to deal with having to wait 30 minutes or more to get it. Just check your patience - you're going to need it if you go to this salon.

I've had so many mediocre haircuts in my life and a good cut is necessary for the line of work I do. Simply said, Karen is one of the best. Super nice and gets it done right. I've had several haircuts and wanted to make sure that this wasn't a honeymoon response. Go see Karen and have your hair needs taken care of!

I didn't even know how I wanted my hair cut; I just let her shape it however she wanted. It came out great! I'm very happy with it.

Maybe she is good for cutting men's hair but not women, I waited for 1 hour, I tried to call for appointment but no one answer and the place is too hot AC was off in summer time. My haircut was uneven and shorter than I requested and the layer I asked for wasn't visible, but the price is reasonable $20.

Karen CUT my daughters hair ....which was suppose to be a trim and then BURNED hair with color...,. Its fried..I am beyond sick because i referred her to this place. The cost was not saving. Now I will pay to TRY to fix this hot mess..

The service provided by Perfect Cuts is both more affordable and better than its competition. The owner Karen knows many of regular customers by name and shows a lot of care in her work. Would recommend!
