Paul was referred to us by our wedding planner and we couldn't be more happy we chose him and his team for our special day. He was a true professional in all our interactions with him including on the wedding day. It is clear that Paul focuses on providing an experience that meets all expectations. When soliciting bids for catering, I put together a few ideas for the meal we wanted to provide to our guests. I have very little food service experience so it would have been easy for him to ignore my suggestions in favor of a standard menu. Instead he adopted nearly all our suggestions and enhanced them with a few additional options which we ultimately selected.Our wedding venue was in a rustic barn without potable water or a formal kitchen. On the day of, Paul and his team were fully prepared to execute the menu on site which made the biggest difference. Our meat options were cooked to perfection and they did a fantastic job incorporating seasonal vegetables to deliver a colorful and vibrant presentation. He also made sure there was more than enough food available for all our guests. Paul's attention to detail and focus on quality made him and his team one of our best vendors. We would absolutely recommend him for any event you are planning. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

For the record....if my great grandma was writing this-she would have given ten stars if possible. Chef catered a dinner to celebrate 90Years of my great grandma's life. He was kind and personable and hired great help. His assistant was my favorite! Now I'm a little biased as my husband is finishing culinary school. I've learned along with him the different terms and expectations the average customer wouldn't know. Chef was professional and got the job done. He made two simple appetizers of melon and prosciutto and shrimp in as hot glass with ketchup/shrimp sauce mixed together. Personally although it was delicious I wished it was a little original as all he did was peel the melon and get the ham out of the wrapper. So it was great but simple for a chef. But maybe a solution would be to be specific in what you're asking for!The dinner was served and it was great! It started with a simple salad with walnuts and blue cheese and cherry tomatoes. It seemed they were a little stressed as the rolls came out on their own after the salad plates were picked up. I'd prefer to have salad and rolls together. An appetizer with gnocchi and sundried tomatoes were next-and it was excellent! Creamy and delicious! The last dish was veil osso bucco with mashed potatoes and veggies. This was great too! I think it was a little under salted but there was no salt on the table. So four stars because it was awesome and great service and I'd only change a few things about my whole experience!!If you need an in house caterer---look no further!!!

Paul and Cliff came though for us when we were in a pinch and needed a dinner catered right away! And it wasn't a thrown together thing - they served us up a gourmet dinner unlike anything I've ever had! New York strip prepared in such a unique way, garlic mash, gravy from heaven, and that was after a Caesar salad that was life changing! I've never had a Caesar salad that good. Seriously. I was blown away!! And dessert was a treat! Mini creme brûlée for everyone! Delightful, delicious, surprising, and on time. It was worth every penny and probably more than we paid. Absolutely blew us away! We will definitely be calling them for every party we do in the future. Thank you for making our night into a very special celebration. We are so grateful!!!

Chef Paul provided impeccable service, preparation and presentation of appetizers for our annual school auction that hosts 150 people. We selected Spanakopita, Chicken and Shiitake Mushrooms over Cucumber with Sweet Pepper Sauce, Artichoke & Goat Cheese Crostini, Wild Mushroom Ragout over Polenta Cakes, Sun Dried Tomato Eclairs with Smoked Turkey and a Cheese Board. All items looked and tasted fantastic! I was even pulled aside by a guest that has attended multiple past auctions and was told that "these are best appetizers ever served!" We look forward to working with Chef Paul on future events and highly recommend him for your catering needs.

I have had the pleasure of being apart of Chef Paul's signature dinners and also he catered a few of my foodie meet-ups. I have had many personal encounters with him through this dinners and would hire him in a NY minute. His food and service is outstanding . I consider myself a foodie and Paul makes some amazing food. His personality and desire to make his clients happy is evident. He knows his craft and is willing to share his passion with others . He makes sure there is enough food and he won't run out. His presentation is very elegant and art on a plate.I have attended at least 3 of his chef signature dinners where he prepped and prepared a full course meal consisting of appetizers, soups,salad, entree, and dessert. These dinners consist of 10-12 people at his home. His flavors are spot on and he really knows his business. We had a private wine tasting pairing as well.His assistants are professional and friendly as well. He uses quality ,organic ingredients and even has a garden where he grows herbs and vegetables. I have tried several of his soups and all are delicious but have complex flavors. My favorites are his clam chowder and butternut squash bisque.Some of my favorite dishes and appetizers include BBQ chicken, Chicken and Shitake Mushroom Lettuce Cups ,stuffed mushrooms, Salmon stuffed cucumbers (Wild salmon, sweet onions ,capers, dill and aioli) crab and artichoke dip, bacon wrapped shrimp, and beef wellingtons. My favorite appetizer was his Main Lobster Crostini with Irish White Cheddar. His standout dish was his Garlic and Herb Crusted Rack of Australian Lamb which was served with Zinfandel Demi glaze Sauce and Fennel Mint Relish. I have tried a lot of his sauces including his Cabernet sauce for his Angus beef tenderloin. His standout dessert is his Fresh Baked Short Cake and Cream. The cream was divine and the shortbread perfectly cooked. Recently he catered a foodie meet-up where he grilled whole fish and all the sides. His hummus was delicious. Chef Paul always amazes me with his talents and I hope to continue to be apart of his culinary creations in the future. Keep up the amazing work.

Small wine-tasting event - an astonishingly varied and creative assortment of treats. There were five menu items: 1) a salad with lettuce, grilled zucchini, goat cheese, huge prawns, peaches, and diced mild red peppers, 2) a little cup of something like gazpacho but better - very tomato-y and well-flavored, 3) dolmas made with fresh grape leaves and stuffed with rice, lamb, and beef, and with a lovely flavor array, 4) individual moussakas - from a family recipe, incredibly tasty and each one made with such care, and 5) very fresh baklava with lots of walnuts and enough sweetness without being sticky. If you are planning on entertaining a small or large group, CALL THIS GUY. He's really a talented and intelligent chef.

I had to get on Yelp to give this Paul Michael's Siganutre Catering 5 stars. I mean the food was excellently prepared, presentation was elegant and the chicken he prepared for us was so great. I asked him how it was so delicious and if he Brined the chicken. Because chicken that juicy must have been brined. He said absolutely it was... but I already knew. All the guests were raving about the chicken and prime rib. I wish I could go back in time and eat it all again. Great job. Highly recommend supporting this local business man. You won't be disappointed!

Paul catered a private event that I attended. Was very good, with high quality ingredients. The food was delicious. Appetizers were creative, the fish and chicken were great. I especially enjoyed the chocolate dessert, gluten and sugar free.
