Both times I went in with my family and kids, the employees would stare at me and my family and give us dirty looks it's very odd. Definitely uncomfortable feeling, awkward.!!!! I would order the allan eat salad bar, which is my favorite part and every time I will go refill my plate they would stare at me. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. . kind of rude, I like the pizza and salad but HATE the service. Definitely get take out.

We really enjoyed the drinks and breadsticks and the tvs were quite large. I don't know how the salad bar could be so bad but somehow it was / I regretted it instantly. The pizza was mid to match the service and vibe inside the place. I'm really disappointed because it was not good and overpriced af. Lamppost Pizza is def better.

Patty's used to be pizza bell. When pizza bell gave it to different people, they requested that they do not use their same pizza sauce. Needless to say, the pizza's lame. They got rid of the old soda machine, which, I actually loved. Not much hope for patty's. Other than that, the service is good and the ambiance, it's kinda dirty.

What a transformation from what was a long time Elk Grove staple, Pizza Bell. This new fresh look is what this place needed. I am a sports junkie and cant wait to spend Sunday's with Patty and her staff for football season. TVs are placed to view from just about anywhere and yes they have NFL Sunday ticket. Good beer selection, a bigger menu, great pizza and more!

Pizza was mid at best but the real kicker was when I called to order and afterwards the employee felt the need to disrespectfully mock me while thinking she had already hung up the phone, real smart huh?

Very nice pizza place that was formerly a Pizza Bell. Great customer service and pizza was delicious. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Parking is plentiful. We want them to succeed especially given their story. Plenty of TV's to watch whatever sports event that you are interested in watching.

The pizza here is good, just wish it wasn't so goddamn expensive. I really appreciate that they have gluten free pizza. I have eaten at or ordered from here (I'm including/mainly talking about when it was Pizza Bell) maybe 50+ times in my life and had almost all good experiences. Only negative was my Aunt finding a literal screw (like metal screw) in her pizza, that a lot of the employees there look/act kind of depressed, and that they were rude when I grabbed a slice from the lunch buffet without using the spatula (literally the next 2 people I watched did the same but they dgaf)

Oh, Pizza Palace, let me start by saying your ambiance is as charming as a cardboard box, and your service is as warm as the Arctic breeze. But, let's not mince words here, the real beef -- or should I say, lack thereof -- is with your buffet. Now, I'm a guy who loves his pizza, but when I rolled up to your buffet with high hopes of indulging in a slice of plant-based heaven, what did I find? A sea of cheese, meat, and more cheese. You see, I'm a vegan, which in the world of buffets, is like being a unicorn at a horse race. I was expecting some green action, maybe a slice or two of vegan pizza, some veggies that haven't bathed in butter, or at least a salad that doesn't look like it was dressed with ranch from last year's leftovers. But no! Your buffet is a sad, sad place for anyone who doesn't eat the four basic food groups: cheese, meat, cheese, and more cheese. I mean, really, how hard is it to slap some veggies on a crust without the animal byproducts? You've got tomatoes, right? They're vegan! How about some basil or perhaps a sprinkle of vegan cheese? But no, you've chosen the path of the pizza purist, which in 2025, is like refusing to use the internet because you prefer carrier pigeons. Here's the deal, Pizza Palace, I'm giving you three stars because, let's face it, you've got the potential to be great. If you add a vegan pizza to your buffet -- and I mean a real, delicious, plant-based pizza, not some afterthought with sad toppings -- I will personally come back, eat my fill, and change this review to a whopping 5 stars. And while you're at it, how about some vegan-friendly sides? A vegan cheese bread, perhaps? Or a hummus dip? Listen up, Pizza Emporium, because I've got a bone to pick with you - except, of course, it's not a bone because I'm vegan! I strolled into your establishment with the enthusiasm of a kid on their birthday, only to find out that your buffet is essentially a meat-lover's paradise with no sanctuary for the plant-based palate. Now, I love a good buffet, the kind where you can pile your plate with all the diversity of a rainforest, but your buffet? It's more like a desert. I searched high and low for a slice of vegan pizza, but alas, it was like looking for a needle in a haystack made entirely of mozzarella. Your buffet layout seems to be designed by someone who thinks the word "vegetable" is a myth. There's pepperoni, sausage, more pepperoni, and just when you think you might spot something green, it turns out to be jalapeños on top of more meat! I get it, meat is great - for those who eat it. But for those of us who dine on the wild side of wheat and veggies, your buffet feels like a personal attack. Imagine my shock when my plate was as empty as my hopes for a vegan-friendly slice. Here's my proposition, Pizza Emporium: Introduce a vegan pizza to your buffet, and I mean a good one, not some sad, lonely slice with a single olive. Throw in some vegan-friendly sides, maybe a quinoa salad or some roasted veggies, and I promise, I'll return with an army of vegan friends, ready to feast and turn this review into a 5-star love letter. I've seen more diversity in a loaf of white bread than on your buffet line. The only thing 'green' about your buffet is the color of the mold on that forgotten piece of lettuce in the corner.Your buffet is like a comedy show where all the punchlines are about cheese - it's funny the first time, but after that, it's just repetitive.I had to resort to eating the side of pineapple you offer for your Hawaiian pizza just to get some semblance of a plant-based meal. And we all know how controversial pineapple on pizza is.I bet if I asked for a vegan pizza, you'd look at me like I was speaking in tongues. Maybe I should've brought a translator for 'vegan.I'm starting to think your mascot should be a cow, not because you're friendly to animals, but because you sure do love them on your pizzas.I'm convinced that if I walked in with a vegan pizza, you'd call security for 'disturbing the peace' with plant-based offerings.Your buffet is essentially the culinary equivalent of a 'no girls allowed' club for vegan food. Time to grow up and let everyone in!I appreciate the effort you put into your meat selections, but how about putting that energy into creating a vegan option? I promise, it won't bite back.I left your buffet feeling like I had been to a pizza-themed amusement parkUntil then, you've earned a three stars because even in the world of buffets, inclusivity should be on the menu. I'm not asking for much - just some plant-based love in this sea of cheese. Make it happen, and you'll not only gain my loyalty but also the chance to redeem yourself in the eyes of all the herbivores out thereUntil then, I'll be over here, dreaming of a world where buffets are inclusive and not just a parade of cheese and meat. Make my vegan dreams come true, and you'll not only have my business but my undying loyaltyYours in hunger and hope,JS

Came here tonight. I have been hearing a lot about this place and wanted to try it. It's a little pricey but the pizza was good. Had a sausage pepperoni. We really enjoyed it. Probably will do takeout next time. The place still looks like the old pizza bell inside. Needs some character kinda dingy. But the food is good.
