Ruben and his dad far exceeded our expectations! From the tasting to the wedding, Ruben was accommodating, personable and genuinely kind. The food is phenomenal! We went with their taco bar for our outdoor wedding, as well as appetizers. I definitely recommend the carnitas. Delicious perfection! Our guests raved about the food and service, you can't go wrong when you book with Paquitas!!! Ruben was communicative, always quick to respond and would meet with us as many times as we asked too. It was such a cool and nice surprise that they signed our Jenga guest book! I love that we have that as a keepsake from our special day. Ruben was concerned about the weather as rain was forecasted for the morning hours, so as a backup plan, he brought the taco truck just in case they couldn't serve food outdoors. I loved that he had a plan B in place without me even having to ask. Those are the vendors you'd want for your event. We highly recommend Paquitas for your catering needs! I used Paquitas to cater a birthday party for 80 guests. The food was excellent, but only a cook and server were on the team so they were shorthanded. After serving for 30 minutes, they both left the venue because they ran out of plates, and returned 30 minutes later. They resumed serving for 30 more minutes before they ran out of food, cleaned up their space, and left the venue a second time without reporting to me. Guests told me afterwards that they waited in long lines, and several people were not served. Following the event, the owner offered to refund $600. I haven't received the money.* Updated from a 1-star to 3-star review. The owner, Ruben, reached out to my wife and made good on his word with a refund of part of the catering fee. We appreciate his honesty and concern for customers, and his product is really delicious. I hope other customers have a better experience overall than I did.

We used Paquitas catering for a family event over the weekend and they did not disappoint. Coordinating our catering needs from the start was easy, quick and professional. The day of the event, delivery of the food was on time, nicely packaged and the owner was very professional and friendly. Everyone loved the food and shared it was delicious! The popular question of the day was "who catered?" We 100% recommend Paquitas for your next event.

Best street tacos I ever tasted. Meat is flavorful and juicy. Cant find anything comparable, and trust me, ever since their food truck stopped coming, I been searching for something just as good and I cannot. Ruben is a great guy and cares for his customers. Has gone above and beyond for me and many others. RUBEN, when you bringing that food truck back to Natomas?

Paquitas catered my wedding and showed up understaffed. Paquitas only provided one bartender instead of the two specified in our agreement and only four total staff instead of the eight they had agreed to in email correspondence, underserving our 150 guests. Paquitas also did not bring the salad that was part of the agreement. Since Paquitas requested that we pay in full over a month before the event, I contacted them after the wedding to request a partial refund. Paquitas sent me an email with their attorney in copy stating that they would only provide a refund if I "sign an agreement agreeing not to write negative reviews about the company". I didn't sign the agreement and received a $450 refund from Paquitas a few days later, less than I had originally requested and less than I feel is fair for the services that were not provided.

Booking Paquitas Mexican Grill was the best thing for our Taco and Tequila Wedding. Rubén, was awesome! He answered my questions right there and then. Asked him if we could do a tasting and sure enough, he made that happened!His vibe was everything and my husband and I were like "Yup, this is it". We had already inquired with other similar vendors but somehow we didn't connect. I'm glad we did with Paquitas.Our guest truly enjoyed an upscale Taco Bar. From the way they set up to the way they delivered , EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! His staff was awesome as well! We've had Paquitas cater two baby showers for us and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and the service is exceptional! This last shower we had to move venues due to rain which changed our plans- Pequitas was thoughtful and open to helping us pivot to accommodate our new location. If you want amazingly delicious tacos at your next event- you have to try Paquitas!

Las Paquitas catered our wedding a few weekends ago. They did amazing!! The food table presentation was beautiful. Our guests were raving about their food. They were able to get through 230 guests fairly quickly. We will forever recommend Las Paquitas. Thank you!

The food was amazing! Everyone loved the asada tacos the most. Highly recommend Ruben provided the best container support and truly went above and beyond for us. They really made the process hassle free. We are looking forward to booking them in the future. I will for sure be recommending to family and friends
