Papa Murphy's

My husband wanted Papa Murphys for some reason, so I called in my order at 7:30pm. After taking my order, I was informed they closed at 8pm so my pizza would be ready in about 15 minutes and I should come sooner rather than later. As we were hanging up, I heard the employee yell Fu*kkkkk. I'm assuming he was mad it was a last minute order before they closed. Sorry! With that being said, Yelps hours are incorrect. They close at 8pm not 9pm. Papa Murphys pizza is always hit or miss but my biggest complaint is the crust. It's so inconsistent. Sometimes its nice and thick and others, it barely holds it shape and everything slides right off because its paper thin. I also had to start asking for extra sauce because they were so dry. And even though I pay extra for extra sauce, more than half the time I don't get it. Tonight being the prime example, my pizza was dry AF. They also added oregano or Italian seasoning to my pepperoni pizza which has never happened before. Overall, if you want cheap and mediocre pizza with hit or miss customer service, then this is the place for you.

up just never mind on that cheese" she said "well we don't have enough of the other cheese so I'm still going to use it" after that I'm like "ok, and What is your name ?" She refused to give it to me so I took a picture of her then she starts talking mess again so I let her know, "you refused to give me your name so that's why I took a picture" then I just hush and I'm watching her make the pizza. She starts to pour the dairy free on the wrong side so I let her know it's the wrong side. She smacks her lips and picks the cheese up from the red sauce and throws it on the white sauce. Then starts to take her gloves off and says "I'm gonna fucking...." I said "you're going to what ? You're upset because you're messing up. You have poor customer service and that's sad asf" long story short. I've never had to deal with this type of poor customer service. Never had to feel like I'm arguing my point over the way I asked for my food ! Why can't you just say "oh I apologize I thought you asked chicken" you're so worried about closing you have a nasty attitude and in reality it says you guys close at 9 not 8pm ! SMH.

The tiime is 8;25 website says 9pm....the open sign is still on yet they say closed????? They did not do my pizza right yesterday....so I went in to watch to be told they are closed? The restaurant is a mess with food all over the counter where the pizza's are made ...whatever....Be awhile before I come back!

Came in to order a pizza 9/20/23. I waited for 15 min in line while a worker was working on making a pizza. Nobody was at the cash register. Not one work from the worker. Another worker came in and typed something on the cash register then walked away. Again not one word. After 20 min me and my two daughters walked out. As we walked out nobody said anything either. Dang a I will be with you in a little woulda went a long way or even acknowledge that we were there. These two employees need training for sure.

The only thing that would make me want to come back is the beautiful, perfectly figured and very curvy employee by the name of Sarah who works there. My order was wrong due to a misunderstanding. On mutual parts. She apologized and offered to make it up when and if I return due situation of a large back orders. Keep her change, change many other things.

Always one to two people working. I love the salsa here but can only get them in rare occasions. Originally this location only let you get was in the fridge, they would not make salads upon ordering if not in fridge.. after calling to ask another person said they will make them when ordered. Then it turned into they never had all ingredients to make the salad when ordering. There is a sign in the lobby on the glass that you must have your complete order ready at the register and to not hover around the glass when they are making your pizza and to respect their space. I could understand this if pizzas were made in the back or had something to block the view from customer watching, but that's not the case. There is only see thru glass that separates us.. Imagine going to subway then asking you not to watch them make your sandwich.. on top of all this, I have to make the drive to the store to see what they have or don't have so I can make an order because no one ever answered the phone and they are always missing something. All this just to come in and place an order to find out that they don't take cash. No signs stating they don't take cash. I was told after waiting in line, placing an order and getting ready to pay. At this point I am wondering why this location is even open anymore, it has completely gone downhill this past year!!

We love Papa Murphy's other locations. This one is just not good. Terrible customer service. The pizza crust was not good and the salad gave my wife and I diarrhea! Don't use this location!

11/16/24 6:20pmAfter a busy afternoon of moving furniture, I decided I was too tired to cook a meal and to order a pizza instead. I called to place a "create your own" order, discovering they were out of most of their ingredients and settled on just chicken, tomatoes, spinach and cheese (this is not the first time that I tried placing an order and being told they were out of most of the ingredients I wanted). Said my order would be ready in thirty minutes. When I went to go pick it up, the first thing I noticed was that they didn't include the little paper with the cooking instructions. I asked one of the employees if I could have one, but he insisted that they no longer use those, and instead just kept repeating "just bake it for a few minutes."after a while of going back and forth with him, he finally took a piece of paper, cut it, and wrote down the instructions. After that encounter, I just wanted to take my stuff and go home. Once home, I was about to place my pizza in the oven after I had preheated it when I saw there was no chicken. So I took my pizza and receipt and headed back to the store. I told the employee there that I had asked for chicken on my pizza and showed him the receipt which had chicken written on it too, and asked him to just put some on top. But he told me that he cant do that and I would have to order and pay for a new pizza. I didn't want to do that and I thought I could just add some sausage on top at home so that it wouldn't be plain, so I asked if he could refund what I paid for the chicken. But again, said he cant to that, but could give me a voucher for a discount on a future purchase. I was already tired enough and said that was okay. But to my surprise, this "voucher" was nothing but a piece of paper with my name, number, and "Discount for pizza for wrong order" and what I'm assuming is the employee's number (sure wasn't the store number, I checked) written on it. At this point I was so frustrated and demanded to just sprinkle a little chicken on top and I would be on my way. Finally he cooperated and I was finally able to go home with my mediocre pizza. Overall, with the poor customer service and the lack of a lot of ingredients, it is just not worth going there to waste your time, energy, and money.

Came in last week. Manager was belittling an employee. Seemed personal from the outside looking in. Thats not the worst part. She had to stop MID INSULT to go and yell at her two shoeless kids in a cardboard fort in the back where the food is made. I was so disgusted i just turned around and left. I regret leaving though as i felt so sorry for that young employee being disrespected and for the manager's kids in that hot kitchen.

Worst Papa Murphys I've ever been to. I placed an order for pick-up. It said it was ready online and I drove down only to find out they hadn't even started making them yet. Then after waiting, the guy tells me they are out of jalapeños. Told him I was looking forward to that part and he acted annoyed and said he couldn't prep more because he had too many pizzas to make. Then he totally forgot to put on one of the other toppings. So out of the 4 toppings I ordered, he was ready to send me out the door with 2 and an attitude. Plus I pre made the tip online and couldn't take it back. So I tipped for a shit attitude and to not get the toppings I paid for. I'm pissed to say the least. I will drive far out of my way before ever going to the is crap place ever again. This place just needs to be shut down and closed. (Also, the phone kept ringing and they never answered. Some guy came out of the back mid way through.) The whole place is a shit show.
