Pancho Villa BBQ & Catering

OMG!! Pancho Villa BBQ is AMAZING!! We had them cater our son's rehearsal dinner the night before his wedding and everyone LOVED the food! Especially their cornbread loaves with honey butter! The ohs and awes went on during the entire dinner! Thank you Tammy and family for the wonderful delicious dinner! We appreciate your hard work as a family business and we will definitely use you again in the future and be visiting your restaurant when it opens!!

Service was nice and friendly. Meat was tasty; however, Mac and cheese was a little soggy and could use more flavor. Greens had peppers in it and were pretty spicy.

Sometimes gout is worth it when you are eating great BBQ. Fall off the bone ribs, juicy brisket, tender pulled pork, and a great smoked flavor. So what if I'm limping a bit?Three meat combo was generously portioned with enough to feed my mom and I for just $28. My favorite of their offered bbq sauces was the mango habanero (not very hot.) Mac & cheese was too saucy, more roux than noodles. But we still liked it, just needs more substance. Corn bread was amazing--more like a light fluffy corn cake with kernels. Baked beans were very good--tender, not over seasoned with a subtle sweetness.Extremely nice service with a smile! I ordered online to pick up from their truck and accidentally made it for the wrong date. They were so nice about my mistake. Truck locations are posted on their IG, but I don't know if they do pick up from their Madison Ave address. I'm so glad I finally had a chance to give them try.

2 words- BBQ beans & cornbread (11/10 for both) Okay maybe that was like 3 words but that's what got me hunting this food truck's next stops. I first tried their beans & cornbread early morning before a NICU shift at the UCD Medical Hospital. It was bomb dot com i went searching thru all of their social media platforms to see where their next stops were the next week. I was visiting roseville the same day that they were serving there so I hunted them down and ordered baby back ribs (7.8/10) & pulled pork tostada(?) (9/10).. I forget what exactly it was called but it was really good too. We also got a couple sides- bbq beans, cornbread, garlic bread, and mac n cheese. All were rly good. Mac n cheese here is prob gona be the most creamy & cheesy & flavorful & bomb mac n cheese you ever tried.The people serving are really cool & nice. They told me they'd be opening up an actual store in Rancho Cordova so i'll prob be visiting more often once that happens haha.

We went to the Granite Bay Brewery for their Wednesday Trivia Night. This fabulous food truck was there for dinner orders. My husband and I ordered their Tri-tip dinner. We chose coleslaw and potato salad as our sides. Everything was so delicious. The BBQ sauce that was served on the side was perfect for the tri-tip. We look forward to finding this food truck again. I forgot to mention that the food was ready in less than 5 minutes!!! What a great find!!

Loaded fries were loaded! A good amount of meat and they didn't skimp on the toppings. My only complaint was that the fries were slightly under cooked. The chicken, tritip, and hot links were hot, fresh, and delicious. The beans and Mac n cheese were also very tasty. Give this food truck a try!!

Pancho Villa was AMAZING! The food and service were equally fantastic. There was so much variety in the types of food, side dishes, and sauces. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Food in the Hood - WestPark Wednesday [Roseville]Since we enjoyed last week's set of food trucks so much I followed to see who will be coming to the neighborhood this week, today. Pancho Villa BBQ was one of the four food trucks that appeared in the hood. I was looking forward to their Tri-tip Burrito which was what I ordered. The burrito was a good size so hubby and I split it and it was enough for the both of us. This burrito was different from anything I've tasted before... aside from the generous portions of Tri-tip meat rolled in with Spanish rice, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream were these canary colored beans called mayocoba beans (or Peruvian beans). The Peruano beans were rich and somewhat buttery. I enjoyed them for their creaminess and softness. The burrito also comes with the green sauce but I requested not to include anything spicy.I hope they come back soon because now I want to try other entrées from their menu!Instagram: @panchovillabbqtruckReview #2540

Standard BBQ fare with a nice kid running the order line. Okay amount of tri-tip in the plate given but good flavors throughout and it was soft. The BBQ beans were a little bit over sauced and salty though.

Everything was great except the tri tip ! It was tough. Mainly because it was cut wrong. You have to cut tri-tip across the grain not with it. Also a little dry. Potato salad , bread and fries were great. I'll try again
