Palladio LUXE Cinema

This theater is a fun sexy date spot kind of space..Another plus is that is adults only after 5pm. The lobby has a nice open bar / lounge area that if you arrive early you can enjoy a drink at before your movie. The bar drinks aren't exactly the best- think of an Applebee's type of cocktail but in a classier environment. You can also pre order your meal & snacks at the bar to avoid fumbling around in the dark theater trying to decide on what to order and paying online. The menu consists of burgers, sandwiches, chicken strips, tacos, and even pasta dishes. I always stick to the burger which is pretty solid in my opinion. You do have to be open to eating in a darkened theater and not being able to visually inspect your food before eating it. If not open to a full meal they have the traditional popcorn, candy and sodas for snacks..The servers work hard to deliver the food & drinks to you. I don't frequent more than about once a year as a trek from Elk Grove but definitely worth a special movie / date night or special outing experience.

A little bit pricey we spent $35 for one popcorn and two sodas. If you're that hard up for money, we won't come back too often. We do enjoy the chairs though they're very comfortable and the service was OK as well.

I have been here a couple times and I think each was a good experience. I've only gone after 5pm, when it's adults only.. the bar area really becomes a vibe! We ordered our drinks and food each time at the bar to be brought to our seats, so I'm not sure if there is a different experience when ordering at the seat. The first time, they brought the food but not my wine! I didn't bother getting up, but they refunded after I told them after the movie. So I made sure to get it from the bar the second time lol For theatre 1, we were told it's really cold in there. I thought this would be fine because the heat has been torture.. BUT it was freeeeeezing! I brought a blanket for the 2nd time, but theatre 4 is reg temp lol Overall I had a good experience and will be back! :)

We really like the Lux and prefer it to other theaters. They have updated and upgraded their menus, drinks, etc and the theater was really clean when we went. There are a few reviews which indicate they are not what they used to be, but we had a really good experience. With the upgrades on the menu and the good service, we think things have turned around! They don't have as many scenes as some of the larger theaters, but when they have the show we want to see, this is where we go!

I've been here a lot lately. It's much improved. Bartenders are still great. Newer bartenders so they are learning drinks but very great service and they'll make it to your liking. They added amf to the menu since I order it almost every time. Food wise. - better but still not as good as last summers lobster grilled cheese. Bring that amazing thing back. The new menu- Carne asada fries - it's good. Ribeye cheese steak - it's goodBurger - same as beforePopcorn chicken - good but they sometimes run out of ranch. Pizza - it's okay. Fried chicken sandwich - needs more sauce. Fried chicken taco - this is good. Could use a little bit more sauce Can't recall what else I tried. I also liked that they changed how things work. You either order prior to seating at the kiosk. Or use the QR code. And you can order free ice water on QR code. That is a plus!

Can I give zero stars???? Soooooo, myself, my husband and my 20 year old daughter decided to give the Luxe another try after my last review. Gosh, I just want to like this place so much because my family and I are such HUGE movie goers. We see a movie almost once a week, no joke and this was our GO TO. We've been monitoring the reviews and were kinda optimistic so wanted to try you out again. We decided to go this morning and got there early to maybe have to order our food with with the bar tender but didnt even get THAT far. We were told by the front desk that since the movie, Love Hurts was rated R, only 21 and older were allowed in. Huh? The last time I checked, rated R movies where 18 yrs and over....We argued a bit but lol what can you do if that's the policy??? Sooo, we ended all going to the Palladio 16 to watch the movie. Way to go Luxe to alienate even more folks that just want to give you money. Don't think we'll ever go back again after this.

Always nice and convenient to get dinner and drinks WITH the movie and not just BEFORE the showing. :) 10/10 recommend!

Wow what happened here?! We were only here 6 months ago and it has since changed drastically. We were really excited to come for lunch and a movie, and we were starving, only to come sit down and find out their menu has significantly decreased in variety. I'm talking only two options of flatbreads, ONE burger, and maybe half a dozen appetizers. I don't know if it was because it was lunch time on a Friday but it was a holiday and the theater was packed, or maybe it's a result of short staffing and attempts to cut costs? There weren't people taking orders like usual - you just scan the QR code on your seat and order from there. Sadly they couldn't even execute the few things they offered. We got the spring rolls which were initially perfectly crispy on the outside but ice cold inside!! I couldn't remember if the menu description said it had meat and I was worried there would be undercooked meat so I didn't continue eating it, since the movie was on and I couldn't turn on a light to look at it or pull out my phone to check the menu. What a waste of money. And of course there are no servers to complain to, and I'm not missing the movie to bring the food to someone out front. The garlic fries were okay, I liked the chipotle ranch on the side even though you have to pay extra for it. All the fries on bottom were super soggy so it was hard to dip though. The flatbread was probably the best of the three and that's not really saying much since it wasn't anything outstanding.That was probably our last time coming to this theater and we will be returning to Studio Movie Grill instead for the food and movie combo experience.

Movie theater is great. Has an amazing vibe and from my experience it has great customer service. I do however believe many movies I have watched here are too dark. It's not the exposure of the movie but the projection brightness seems to be low.
