Fantastic pupusas! The chile verde super burrito was great too!Huge servings: I ordered two pupusas but could only finish one. My fiancé could only finish half his burrito too. Awesome complimentary chips and salsa bar. I tried all the salsas and loved them all.Shout out to Julie who was our cashier/server. Friendly service with a smile. Can't say enough good things about this taqueria!

Best food around hands down. Great salsa bar and chips. Their Tacos are amazing and are my favorites. The service is excellent. The servers are all very pleasant and attentive. Cozy ambiance for sure and they always have good Mexican music playing overhead.

So amazing! Stopped on the way home from tahoe and it was the perfect quick lunch for our group. Good service and amazing food!

Nice staff. The salsa, burrito and tacos we got were fantastic. We were hungry from snowboarding and were very satisfied.

Great place here in Pollock Pines. Sister restaurant in Placerville. Authentic. Reasonable and great tasting. Nice vibe. Very clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Order at the front from the menu on the wall and they'll bring the food to you. Works well. I've had the fajitas here before and they were delicious. Quality food. Love the salsa bar and free unlimited chips. :) Just went with the 2 item combination plate today with chicken enchilada and beef taco with beans and rice. Hit the spot! Spoiled myself with empanadas for dessert. Covered in chocolate and some whip cream. Tasty. Highly recommended. Will be back. Don't need to go down the hill for Mexican food anymore!!

We love it ! Love that there is a pollock pines location now! We are regulars now !! The barilla tacos are amazing and the queso is always a must !!!! Also love there breakfast burritos !! Beer is always cold and refreshing! This place is in our top 3 on our choices for let's have Mexican food!

Very quick service. The ground beef tostadas were good and the wet shredded chicken burrito even better. The cheese enchiladas were only okay. The sauce was kind of sweet and ketchupy. The rice and beans were good. This was a take out order, we will try eating in next time.

Went for an early dinner today. They close at 3 on Sunday. Busy with people coming back from Tahoe, but even so our orders were taken quickly and served by Karen who was very friendly. Food came quickly and was very hot. Best Mexican food! They also have a location in Placerville. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend and I recently heard about Paco's new place in Pollock and we were excited to try it out since she lives here. Well, it was awesome!!!She ordered pupusas and I got taquitos, both with rice and beans.Fantastic! You know a good Mexican place when the rice and beans taste great. And they have Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. What a find:).

Today was our first time trying Paco's. I ordered "to go" and had a Modelo while waiting. The girl at the counter was friendly. The food came out pretty quick. I drove home, about 15 minutes from the restaurant. I got my husband the Grande Burrito with asada, he said it was super fresh and delicious. My son had a breakfast burrito, which he devoured. I have street tacos and a shrimp taco. They were delicious as well. There will be no more driving down the hill for yummy Mexican food for us anymore. Paco's had great service, awesome flavor and was super fresh! We will be back soon!
