We have taken our granddaughter to this park a few times. We love the spacious grassy park area. You can take alittle walk along the sidewalk or find a place to put a blanket down and have a nice picnic. The park was very clean, the other young & older kids we encountered were very friendly and played nice with our granddaughter. Please remember if bringing your animals be sure to clean up after them. Thank you and have fun at this little park.

2 weeks ago we took our 6 year old to this amazing park, she had so much fun on both of their playgrounds from their fun 4 person teeter totter to playing in the sand by their beach volleyball courts! This park also has 2 Tennis Courts, benches, picnic tables, drinking fountains, a portable restroom and a 1/3 mile walking trail! I would definitely recommend visiting this local park and we're looking forward to returning to explore more of what they have to offer! I heard from a little birdie that we missed their free little library!

We really enjoyed this park! They have two structures that are away from each other. One is catered toward younger kids. The other is larger, for the older ones. Both have infant swings, which is nice. This review is about the smaller, toddler area.I love the turf and how open the space is. It's nice that there is a shaded picnic area nearby too. They have a rocking horse and dinosaur which my son really loved. The structure itself was cute, but I wish it had more interactive sensory play. They had a mini rock climbing area. It would be nice if it wasn't metal because it was sooo hot to the touch. What I didn't like is that is literally smelled like poop. Human poop. There were also more transients. I also wish the structure had some shade near it. We will be back to check out the other side of the park!

Absolutely love this little neighborhood park. There's playground areas for kids, and two different walking paths that loop through the park area. There are tables and benches scattered about the park, too. Also takes part in the Little Free Library program. For those playing Pokemon Go, there's 2 pokestops and a gym in the park. I often see dogs on and off-leash here, and it looks like there are sometimes dog classes that place at this park as well. Bottom Line: nice neighborhood park, grounds are well-maintained and offers something for everyone.

This is great little park! It is conveniently located between Greenback and Pershing, in a quiet neighborhood. There wasn't much traffic in the area and has plenty of parking. There are two play areas; one for littles and one for bigger kids. The play areas are separated by a path and green grass. The play areas are well built and maintained. The park's grassy area is surrounded by a 1/4 mile path, perfect for walking dogs. An additional path looks around the big kids play area, making it 1/3 mile. Several trees and benches are placed along the path.We were happy to see a Little Library placed next to the path. Leave a book, take a book. A covered space houses several picnic tables, near the littles' play area. The only downside is the lack of public restrooms. There is one large porta-potty, also near the littles' play area. We will definitely be taking our doo-dahs (grandbabies) back to this park.

Right on Almond Ave between Greenback and Pershing lies a charming park perfect for many things! On my first visit last week it was a beautiful day and my boys had a blast at BOTH play areas. One is for the wee ones, under 5. Smaller play structures, slides and climbing wall. The play area for the larger wee ones has very tall slides, tan bark and lots of room. The grassy area is huge and the boys ran all over. There are some sidewalks woven between the grassy areas that I saw many runners enjoying. I would love to see some bbq's added to this park and it would be an ideal spot! I will surely be back to see how I do running on the trails and see where they go.....dunt dunt dunt

Love taking my dogs to this local park! It's a smaller park but just the right size for me to stroll through with my dogs along the circular paved pathways. Always clean and well kept, just the right amount of trees for some shade and open grassy area to hang out for a picnic, play structures for the kids, volleyball nets and tennis courts... Feel like it's always quiet when I visit and other people at the park are very respectful here. Love this park!
