I definitely recommend Outlaw Cuisine! The food and service are exceptional! I wanted to try their specialty but it was sold out. That's how I know how good and popular it was. I'll try it next time for sure. I decided on the Johnny Ringo (Pulled Pork Sliders with Fries on their signature GunSlinger BBQ sauce). Oh man was it good. The pulled pork was so juicy and tender. And, the BBQ sauce complemented it beautifully. The BBQ sauce was not too sweet and had a nice tang to it. The fries were crispy, fresh, and meaty. The guy that took my order and served me my food was so engaging, gave recommendations, polite, and nice. Excellent service! Plus, the food came out within 5 mins.

This truck alternates visits to the Carol Miller Justice center with other food trucks. They are one of the favorites. Their menu is great and the guys are very friendly. Follow them for the loaded Poncho Villa fries! Chicken so flavorful and tender!

Got the "Doc Holliday" and the shredded chicken was nice and tender, the mango sauce adds a nice flavor with just enough of a kick for me. The nice guys also gave us a cream sauce and BBQ sauce to try. Eat it quick though because the tortillas fall apart!

We only ate the risotto balls (arancini) $10 because we wanted something small to go with our wine tasting at Matchbook Vineyards. We ate them so quickly that I didn't manage to get a photo. Piping hot, lots of gooey cheese plus pulled pork, cheese and green onions on top! I was nosy and checked out other tables...food looks fresh and nice portions without being crazy expensive. What's with most food trucks these days?! I highly recommend! The truck was clean and the staff friendly. A big plus was we received a table buzzer that let us know when our order was ready.

Went for a mid-lunchtime walk around the Riverside Commerce Center (West Sacramento) with Starbucks as a possible destination and the Outlaw Cuisine Food Truck was there along Stillwater Rd. by one of the office buildings (Xerox? Across the street from Peterbilt in the parking lot). They said they'd be back at that location on April 14th, so maybe it's a 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month sort of schedule?"Cali's Most Wanted" menu includes chicken street tacos, smoked pulled pork sliders, loaded french fries, chicken nuggets. The specialty/signature item is the fried risotto rice balls (arancini). The two special menu items today were the dessert version risotto balls and a chicken waffle. I decided to go with the breaded, deep-fried, stuffed risotto balls -- both the savory and the sweet versions! Each order came with 3 medium-sized arancinis, descriptions below: Jesse James - Homemade risotto rice balls stuffed with gruyere, swiss and mozzarella cheeses. Then finished with our Outlaw Sauce (homemade creamy alfredo), mozzarella cheese, bacon crumbles and garnished with fresh green onions - $8Wyatt Earp - Deep fried vanilla and cinnamon sugar risotto rice pudding, rolled in more cinnamon sugar and topped with whipped cream - $10While waiting, your order number is given on a playing card that has famous outlaws on them with fun facts -- mine had Billy the Kid. The Jesse James were rich and filling, cheesy and soft creamy filling but crispy fried outer crust, real bacon crumbles none of those fake bacon bits here. The Wyatt Earp had a simpler presentation/look and the outer fried layer had not only crisp but a little sticky sugar texture too. The inner cinnamon rice pudding was sweet and starchy but not as heavy. Overall, having all six total risotto balls to myself was probably not the wisest idea (so full!), and I'm not totally sure why the dessert one cost more than the savory but maybe because it was the "special" and not regular menu item...but everything was yummy and I'm looking forward to the truck's next visit! They'll also be at Darkheart Brewing on Saturday March 20th 3:30-7:30pm and Thursday April 15th 5-8pm!

My wife and I were at Knee Deep Brewery and Outlaw Cuisine was also there. I had the Johnny Ringo sliders. My wife had the Doc Holliday tacos and we later shared the Black Jack Fries, just for kicks. I would have gave them 5 stars but something was just missing. The food was very good but, not wow. I guess that's why we ordered the Black Jack fries just to try something else in the menu. I definitely would recommend them though!
