I really like the simple menu. It wasn't overpriced; reasonably priced compared to like Rami Nagi. I got Ramen with PorkThe Pork was a very tiny bit over cooked, but it was still crispy, and it was enough to fill me up. They had special broth that wasn't on the menu (make sure to ask for those). I forgot what mine was called, but it tasted like curry + coconut; it was really good. Just an extra note, my friend didn't order Ramen here (yeah, ik, he didn't order Ramen at a Ramen place aka ordered the rice bowl). He really liked the Rice Bowl. 10/10, would recommend. Just a minor nit tho, I would prefer if you had a better seating mechanism. There were solo people eating at tables meant for 4 people, and some people with 4 people eating at tables meant for 1 person. Not good.

SERVICE: counter styleAMBIANCE: clean and openFLAVORS:Fried chicken (20/5) - never in my life did I think a ramen spot would be my go-to for fried chicken!shoyu ramen - not my jam, too salty, too one notemiso ramen (5/5) - got it with pork belly and egg ugh MAGICALChocolate cookie (5/5) - as close to a Costco cookie as you can get, minus a little less chocolate, BUT I like that because then you can taste the buttery cookie doughPORTIONS: filling and heartyPRICE: pricey BUT worth itBONUS TIP: parking around the back is a small lot, then there is street parking

One of my go to places to eat! They have a very small parking lot of maybe 3 or 4 spaces, the rest is street parking. It is self service so You first order at the front counter and then grab a seat. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Their ramen is verrrryyy different and not traditional like the average ramen. First, they have many options you can add to your ramen. I always get their pork belly topping with all the vegetables. The pork belly is sooo good and thick! If you haven't been here, it's definitely worth a try! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I also really like the decorations inside. There's a couch where you can sit while you wait if you're ordering take out.

Everything we ordered was Amazing! Love the cold Somen noodles with lots of arugula and a light dressing, so refreshing! Also enjoyed the poke and those chicken tenders were the best we've had, batter is so light, seasoned perfectly and not greasy! Must try if you haven't! And last and definitely a fave was the pork belly Banh mi, the pic says it all! Yum!! Service was quick and very comfortable indoor seating or outdoors. Parking can be a challenge but I found a spot across the street in the residential area.

My friend has been raving about this place for the past year and now I understand why! The employee at the cash register was super kind and helpful. I asked a lot of questions about the menu and she helped me come to my conclusion of ordering ramen but with an extra side of protein. I am so happy I made that choice because I think the best part was the fried chicken tenders! The ramen was delicious as well. I opted to add all the veggies possible to my ramen and it was a delight. It added a ton of additional flavor and really filled me up, I still had some to take to go!We sat at the bar where you can see into the kitchen. This was a fun experience as we got to observe chefs. They were also friendly and offered us various sauces to try! Overall, a fun and filling experience. This will be hard to resist on my weekly drives to Trader Joe's!

A pleasant surprise. Friendly and quick service and a chill atmosphere. The ramen had a good balance of veggies with a large helping of protein.Good flavor profile on the pork and beef broth. Not too salty. Would have liked the spicy option to have more heat.

The atmosphere is soothing. Music is inviting. Staff is friendly and offers samples of their broth if you are unsure of which option to choose from. My wife got the Pork broth ramen with Pork belly. I got the duck shoyu broth ramen with pork belly. I have never had duck anything before... this broth is Heaven and I will always hope this will be on the menu (it was a limited option). Delicious! I have had ramen from all over, but this is the best by far!

Cute fast casual ramen spot Setting: -we came on a weekday night and it was quite busy with limited seating and it filled up pretty fast -it is a small cozy restaurant, but they do have a small amount of additional outside seating. If you have a kid with a stroller, it may be a bit tight, we did manage to fit with our mini stroller.-they have a very small parking lot in the back so likely you will have to look for street parking.-cute decor and great for casual date night or hanging out with small group of friends-Order first then find your own seating -BRING CASH, otherwise there is a 3% service fee for credit card which is a gripe -Menu is simple which make it's easy once you understand there are different stepsRamen with pork belly and all 3 choices of veggiesBroth: Pork Shoyu-I was blown away on how flavorful the broth was, I never had it in the style they make it but definitely worth trying-Their veggies were charred which brought out more flavor and uniqueness to this dish as I have never had veggies charred in ramen, big plus- Portion was also pretty big! They even gave decent sizes of port belly, which it not usual for most ramen spots and made the extra cost for meat worth it, another big plus. I did have to take almost half home. They were out of the chicken so we went with the tenders which they said is the same seasoning just different cut of the chicken.-It was perfectly crisp and the dipping sauce was delicious! Overall: I highly recommend this place especially for a different/unique take on ramen!

This is a newer place in East Sac. Popped in here with my parents and there were three other tables occupied. By the time we left, the whole restaurant was filled! We ordered a bahn mi roll, a ramen bowl with chicken and a rice bowl with pork belly. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was good and the portions are very large so be ready to take some home! Would definitely come back!

Food: super flavorful, but not traditional. Generous portion of meat. Didn't care for the noodles .. noodles at a ramen spot are key. Did I finish my bowl? Most definitely. Tea was decent Service: Friendly staff, you order at the counterAmbiance: Laid back trendy cafe vibes. Easy to hang out
