Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Got here at 8:15pm on a Friday night. They have a promotion going on where it's 50% off aloha plates and you don't have to use their app, what a steal. Service was great. Prices were fair. I would definitely come here again. More selection than L&L but I can't compare the meats as I didn't get the same items. Definitely got more Hawaii vibes than at the competitor. I appreciated that they had self serve Katsu and teriyaki sauce.

Came here with a party of 8 for a "quick" meal, but service was very slow. Actually 3 of us got our meal quickly and the other 5 had to wait, which put us in a precarious position. Not sure if it was the influx of lunchtime patrons or the time it took to prepare the meal.I had the teriyaki chicken mini meal which was pretty good. Pieces were pretty large. I do like their macaroni salad. The meal comes with nice servicing of chicken, macaroni, salad and rice. you can either order and sit, or order and take out.The cashiers were very nice and it was not far from our shopping trip next door.

Worst EVER Ono I have been too. The Hispanic front person was rude with response and look irritated at work. Will definitely not returning back even if I was hungry due to the lack of service. I do suggest the store manager or owner to work with their employees or replaced

I came here for dinner on a Wednesday night. The place is very casual and clean with a large amount of people waiting for takeout. I got the mixed salad with island fire chicken. The salad was fresh and healthy. I really liked the island fire chicken and the accompanying sauce. I look forward to trying other menu items.

Great location with service to match. LOCATION & DECOR: Plenty of parking outside this location. Sharon's parking with adjacent businesses, but there's always a place.Interior is this modern and homie, bright setup with natural wood and rope hanging from an industrial type of ceiling.FOOD & DRINK: -BBQ chicken plate with extra rice no mac and cheese and the veggies is my go-to. It is the most delicious thing on a fast food menu. Made to perfection every time and don't forget the teriyaki sauce at the sauce station because those two should be married!-Spam Musubi is not one to sleep on. Get the teriyaki sauce, dip that beauty in that ocean of deliciousness and enjoy your life!PRICE: $$- Full BBQ chicken plate with any side combination is about $13- full BBQ beef plate with any side combination is about $13-Spam Musubi or any of the Musubi are about $5 an order which comes with 2-about $2 for fountain drink or Hawaiian Sun which I highly recommend.SWAG/AMENITIES:-indoor table seating-large windows for natural light-self-service sauce station-self-service fountain drink station-public restroomSTAFF & EXPERIENCE:Staff is super cool in this place. I don't ever have any problems with them. If my order isn't exactly correct, they remedy the situation ASAP without question. I like that I can call ahead and make an order over the phone when I'm able to plan ahead. One of my absolute favorite fast food restaurants. Top 5 for sure!

The food here is really good, my husband and I always come here whenever I am in the mood for pulled pork, it is delicious and I really love the rice and macaroni salad. The people that work there are friendly and efficient.

May is AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) month and it's the perfect time to try new places.Ono Hawaiian BBQ has a wide menu with different mixtures of your favorite plates. I ordered the BBQ & Katsu plate which came with three different meats. BBQ chicken, BBQ beef, and chicken katsu. It came with a side of rice and macaroni salad. ( I ordered another macaroni salad on the side which is pictured.) The plate size is the perfectly portioned for someone with a hungry appetite. I personally couldn't finish it all, but it was perfect size for my boyfriend.I enjoyed how there was an area to fill up with katsu sauce and another type sauce which I can't remember the name. I am a sauce type of person so I like when establishments offer it. My server's name was Anna I believe, and she was very nice and allowed me to take mt time with the menu which was appreciatedMy food came out very tasty and filling. Next time I would love to try their musubis! I would come back and recommend to a friend.

Great food and cute takeout containers! I love a business that pays attention to the details and seeing their business name on the takeout box, I just knew the food had to be good. We ordered for a family of 8 and got all the essentials: rice, Mac salad, pork, chicken, island fish and spam musubi. And everything was tasty, the freshness and flavor of the food was on point and everything was cooked to perfection. I can't speak about the service or the ambiance since we ordered our food for delivery but I can say that I'd definitely eat here again.

Always reliable quality. The macaroni salad is outstanding. Fried fish is always tender and juicy. Love the available flavors of Hawaiian Sun. Downside: no way to ask for additional dipping sauce, salad dressing or tartar sauce in the app.

Raw chicken or dark meat? ‍ guess I'll find out later tonight.. or in the morning. Everything else was good though.
