Finally, a decent boba shop in a mall! I tried this chain in SoCal once and it didn't wow me, but this location made their drinks a lot better. It is disappointing to see mixed reviews of this place, since the couple times I went here, I had pretty good drinks. However, I did first try this place not too long after it first came to the mall back in 2023, so likely the new employees had their recipes down, but either way, hope they do fix their inconsistencies as others mentioned. (Yes late review, but sometimes I like to wait until I tried multiple things to finish off my review)Setting: nothing fancy inside that's Instagramable, but there is bench to sit to wait for your drinksDrinks that I tried: -note: I always get my drinks at 100% sweet and light ice1) Oreo brûlée brown sugar latte-They didn't have any boba left when I got this drink so I substituted it with aloe which was still delicious -I actually liked this one a lot and was one of my favorite drinks from this place2) Lychee smoothie with lychee jelly- It had a creamy taste to it and very refreshing for the summer.- I recommend adding the lychee jelly is a must have to make it a bit sweeter as the drink itself wasn't to sweet to me.3) Brown sugar black tea latte-Not bad, but wish the tea was a bit stronger as it as more on the milky side. They did mention that they make the tea fresh to order, so I think if it was able to steep a bit longer, it will bring out more of a strong tea taste.4) Strawberry milk tea -I don't know if it was just me, but it had a chocolate taste to it, which I thought was odd.-It was probably my least favorite of the ones I have tried, but it was still pretty good and could actually taste the tea in this one.Overall: I had a good impression of the drinks so far at this location. Would come here again if shopping at the Roseville Galleria

Customer service was not above and beyond by greeting as you walk in but I feel as though they got what is needed done. This is a small boba shop that is seemingly built to have you come by for a break from shopping till you drop then, back to it again. There are no seats other than a single large bench. I do like this idea, almost like starbucks before work and got to go type of day.As for the drink? LOVED my red bean Matcha!! I am biased towards red bean. It just had that perfect sweetness but not too sweet to it. Also their matcha for a place that is for boba was not bad! Not too sweet either.

We stopped by here since the other boba spot is still under construction. This is a small boba spot. There is no tables inside to sit down. They only have a small bench while you wait for your drinks. We ordered the Thai tea and the jasmine milk tea. The boba pearls were cooked to perfection. They make them by scratch.

Pretty good milk tea. The tea has strong flavor and I really enjoyed. Wish their service was a little nicer tho but as long you order it, they will make it.

We really like their boba pearls. It cooked perfectly, not too chewy and not too soft. The place is like a hole in the Galleria mall. There's one bench to sit at and that's it. The ladies on the counter were not too friendly. Overall we would go back for the boba alone.

Recently visited when I was roaming the mall, and wanted a refreshment. I went on a weekday afternoon, and wasn't busy. I ordered their green Tea with foam and honey boba. I was looking forward to this drink, but slightly disappointed. I asked for their recommendation, and they told me that the honey boba was less sweet. It was, but I also requested my drink for less sweetness--so when I received it I was like drinking tea and water lol. The cream on top was chunky. I'm glad I didn't get sick.

11/12/23Came by to try this fresh boba beverage.The boba is soft and chewy texture.We ordered brown sugar milk tea, thai tea and a strawberry matcha latter. I asked for less sweet. All beverages were too sweet.Service was ok. Employees don't look like they are happy to be here. No smiles, greetings or anything. Just here to collect a paycheck and tip. Yes I tipped. They would definitely get more tips if they made the effort to greet IMO.

Located in the mall by the theater. No greetings and the workers didn't look like they want to be there. Drinks were too sweet. I should have asked for less sweet. Drinks are pretty pricey.

I was really craving boba after doing some shopping around the mall and we saw this shop which hand makes their own boba! So we had to try! While standing in line and reading the Yelp reviews, many people mentioned the lack of customer service. I see why it, but their drinks were delicious!We ordered the One Zo Milk Tea with brown sugar boba and the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte. Within 5 minutes of waiting, our drinks were ready even with how busy they were! Both drinks had a good amount of tea flavor, a little off the sweeter side because of the brown sugar boba, but it was still good. The hand made boba was more soft than chewy and they stuck together more, but definitely good boba! The inside is small with very minimal decor. There is a small bench to wait for your drinks. The line usually goes out the door because of the size of the space. With the customer service aside, their drinks are a 4 out of 5 stars. I would come back too.

I've visited this place about 4 times since my first review and sadly today will be my last. It's my bad for continuing to go back, but I just really wanted to see them do better. Today I ordered their brown sugar boba milk tea. While the tea itself was good (I sipped it before mixing) the boba just disintegrated with no bite to it. It also tasted rancid, almost like it had sat overnight and then they reused it the next day. I sadly threw the whole drink away
