Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

While the holiday season sometimes brings out the worst in people, there are some shining stars that make the holidays brighter. My sister and I were looking for a gift card for ther co-worker and we had seen a deal on the web site. When talking to the attendant about the promotion, she stated she had not heard of it. So, she paged the evening manager.Here comes Travis, the evening manager. We told him that we are not "Karens" yet we read about a deal on gift cards on the O.G. website. He stated that he was unaware of it. Yet he went above and beyond in accommodating us. His customer service skills are above and beyond and since he is already a manager, I would recommend him as a General or Regional Manager. You cannot buy good customer service, as it come from the heart. Travis, he has a heart of Gold and he puts the O.G. in Olive Garden. Well done to him and his team. We look forward to sitting in at a later date and thanking him once again.Stellar Service, with a personal touch!

It's been a long time!It had been a very long time since I last visited Olive Garden. The food was good, and the customer service was exceptional!Our waitress, Crystal, was amazing, super helpful and attentive. She made the experience even better by providing great recommendations on dishes, which we really appreciated and cranking the wheel on the cheese for our dishes. Guess we love cheese! We started with the classic salad, which was as good as I remembered. I definitely ate more than I should have before the entrées arrived, it's just so fresh and flavorful, and paired perfectly with those addicting breadsticks.For my entrée, I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. It was creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, though by the end, I found it a bit too creamy for my personal taste. One of our other dishes that we ordered was the lasagna, which was hearty, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Overall, the combination of great food and Crystal's exceptional service made this visit great.

My cousins took me out to dinner for my birthday at the Olive garden! As soon as we walked in we were seated and waited on less than 5 minutes are amazing server name Skyler was excellent he had great public relations very professional and so sweet and kind! He started us off with drinks which I had an amazing green apple sangria delicious! He then served us our appetizers which was an excellent salad artichoke and spinach dip and I believe homemade chips!! Then served my entree which I had breast chicken with cherry tomatoes smothered on top and steamed broccoli delicioso! He was extremely kind enough to bring me an amazing pumpkin cheesecake and had the staff sing me Happy Birthday and that made my evening even more awesome! So if anyone out there is looking for a great place to go with friends and family this is the place to come excellent service Great public relations from all the employees especially Skyler!!!

I came here with my family as we were on our way back to San Jose food was really good but what made it very special was Miss Kiki whom has provided an amazing experience here at Olive Garden.

Honestly only came to this Olive Garden due to the fact that I had been given a gift card back in January. We saw some of the reviews about this location in specific and honestly went in with not too high of expectations but also not too low. We came in on a Thursday afternoon at around 6pm and it wasn't too busy. We were seated immediately in the bar area which wasn't really our first choice but ehh we were hungry. Our server was pretty chill for the most part but it seemed like he was also the bartender as he was making drinks for people and serving the bar while taking care of tables too. Let's get to the food, my wife ordered a Peach Bellini which was realllyyyy goood. 5/5The stuffed ziti was surprisingly very good as it came with some Alfredo sauce and marinara as well. 5/5The soup I ordered which was the gnocchi was kind of disappointing due to the fact that I couldn't find any gnocchi bits in there. 2/5The pastas we ordered were pretty average for the most part. I had the carbonara while my wife had the tortellini. The carbonara wasn't really creamy and the chicken was long really cut well in a presenting manner. My wife said her pasta was kind of room temp while the plate was really hot.3/5The ambiance in general was alright, like I said the bar area isn't the best place to sit in a restaurant especially if there's not much going on the TVs. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience like many have had, but it wasn't the best either.

Drinks were delicious and presented well. Flatbread pizza and crunchy zucchini strips for appetizers both were cooked perfectly and tasty. We shared the huge plate of jambalaya, nicely seasoned but not too spicy. Waitress was a bit short with us and it was pretty noisy in the restaurant.

My daughter picked dinner last night and said she wanted pasta while we were in the Arden area.We ordered the Fried Mozzarella, Kids Cheese Ravioli with Fries (eyeroll), Shrimp Scampi and the Unlimited Soup, Salad and Breadsticks. While the food isn't the best Italian you will ever have, you can't go wrong with the soup, salad and infamous breadsticks - all you can eat for $12.99. $10.99 during lunch! I like their Minestrone and Zuppa Toscana soups. I also like that their fried mozzarella are big rectangles instead of the traditional shape. I usually order their Alfredo Tortellini with Chicken and it's always good. If you have a big appetite, the Tour of Italy is a good choice as well.The inside has lots of seating in different rooms and it's a great place for a large party. Service was very friendly last night and our server did a great job checking on us often! Olive Garden is....well, Olive Garden. You get what you get when you come here and they are not trying to be something they aren't!

I've been to this location plenty of times and I've never had any problems. I just came in recently. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait time but it was actually only five minutes. Yay. We were seated in the area facing the street. It was very quiet and kinda dark there. They gave us our menus, but we had already known what to order so we ended up ordering right away the food and drinks. The waitress brought the drinks out right away, then brought the soup. Soon our food came out. The only thing I didn't like was that she didn't come any time to our table and ask if we needed anything. I had a finished my drink already a while ago so I needed a refill asap but that didn't come until much later. Other than that, it was a good experience just the average.

Tyler was amazing! He made our experience so great 10/10 to him! Food was great too

The food was amazing and I love the free breadsticks and the service was great and also I'm really good and amazing and the ambience was really nice
