The more I visit this spot the more I love it. They have indoor and outdoor seating and serve coffee, food, kombucha and they even have wine and beer.When I visit it's typically in the morning or afternoon. On my latest visit I stopped in at 10:30am and stayed for some work meetings. I asked the barista for their recommendation and got a vanilla latte in a cup. It was filled to the top and had some pretty latte art- it was just what I needed.This location tends to get busy and while there's plenty of seating a lot of it is close to others or along the area where people line up to order. If you need it quieter or will be talking over the computer to people it may be better to go outside or make sure you have good headphones.I took my coffee outside and grabbed a good spot. The traffic noise was a bit loud, but otherwise it was perfect. I was able to attend two meetings and sipped on my coffee. The wifi was a little clunky to get on at first, but once I was in it worked great.I'll be back again soon!

Food: took awhile to get and my bread was burnt. Also, I asked for no bacon and they put bacon on anyway. Service: the people working here were not really friendly. I wondered if the service and food was the result of our group coming in with coffee. In our defense, we were so caffeine deprived that we had to stop on the way. Either way, service and food shouldn't be impacted. I wouldn't recommend this spot.

Come stop by the coffee shop at 40 Acres in Oak Park. So I decided to try a couple of their seasonal drinks like their Lavender Latte and Banana Cream Latte. Both were incredibly flavorful! The Lavender Latte had just the right hint of floral without being overpowering, and the Banana Cream Latte was smooth, creamy, and delicious.To top it off, I picked up an oatmeal cookie, and let me tell you, I got creative. I ended up dunking the cookie into the drinks, and the combination was *amazing*! The slight chewiness of the cookie with the comforting flavors of the lattes made it a perfect pairing. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make this spot a go-to for anyone looking for unique seasonal drinks and delicious treats. I'll definitely be back for more!

Love Old Soul. I've been visiting all of their locations for years and it's always a good experience. Love all of their food and coffee options, love the space to hang out and love the friendly service!

Old Soul @ 40 Acres is a cool coffee shop in Oak Park. It's pretty spacious with plenty of tables. I ordered the iced lavender vanilla latte ($7.50) and my friends got the iced vanilla latte ($7). The lavender vanilla latte was pretty good. There was a band playing live music on Sunday. The barista service was okay. Good place to hang out or bring a laptop. Old Soul is in a building with other shops and the bathrooms are in the lobby of the building.

Love the mochas! The homemade chocolate that goes into them sets them apart from EVERYONE else. Now that Peet's stopped making the dark chocolate mochas things my new go to spot. The mochas are not sugary sweet like other popular coffee spots. This is GROWN UP COFFEE. The vibe is also amazing and perfect for studying or a meet up. Have fun and I'll see you there!!!

What a fantastic spot!! Great coffee, a fantastic and expansive menu, friendly service and a bright, comfortable environment. It's the kind of place you could wile away the morning, interacting with the customers, watching the world go by. Pure bliss. (I had the delicious Avocado Toast with basil oil, roasted red peppers, sprouts and black sesame seeds. Yum!

Came out to Old Soul to support our family members artwork being displayed for the month of August. The vibe out here is so welcoming, fun, and alive! Could've been because it was a Friday night but it was just what we were looking for. We arrived after 6pm and unfortunately their kitchen was closed. They were still serving pastries in their display case and making drinks. Although it was late in the evening I couldn't skip ordering a drink of some type of coffee. I ordered the Banana Cream Latte. This was magnificent! I was afraid it'd be on the sweeter side and it wasn't! The cream has a hint of sweetness, banana chips on top to drive home the banana flavor, and the cinnamon is always a delicious touch. All in all, service, drink, and ambiance were on point. Highly recommend trying out Old Soul when in the area!

One of my favorite spots to come, enjoy the sunlight streaming through the windows, and do some journaling and goal setting. Recently the staff gave me a free pastry when I came on my birthday! Chai and baked goods are solid.

First of all, why is it so hot inside? It's stinks in here like there's no ventilation. I ordered an ice latte and it's 90% ice. So I just paid for a cup of ice with a splash of espresso and milk? Really?
