Old School Smoke Express

I just found Old School Smoke on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. Its a bit hidden in an office building but look for the outside tables and chairs. FYI- Google directs you to the wring side of the building... park in the front.Brisket sandwich was on point! Good size portions and good price. Homemade sauces that complimented the brisket well (typically I am a no sauce guy, but these worked).Owner was cool and we talked smokers and BBQ as he made my sandwich.100% going back for more.

Great little place. Not a huge selection, but to be expected from a business park cafe sized place. Brisket sandwich was great. Good sized portions for the price. Outdoor seating was clean and calm. Will be back here for the other meats. Friendly staff.

Super good. We got the special bbq brisket sandwich and it was banging. Customer service is 10/10, guy was friendly and fast. Looking forward to coming back for the other salads and sandwiches that look awesome. Will update.

Hours at this place are apparently not fixed. The sign on the door said it was open until 3 pm, but the door was locked and all was dark today at 2:15 pm., so I couldn't try the BLT I was craving.

Great barbecue hidden inside a quiet office park in South Natomas. The owner serves the food and personally smokes the brisket.The owner comes from Dallas, Texas and is familiar with Texas style barbecue. The barbecue sauce is sweet and tangy. The meat is succulent, juicy and flavorful.

Excellent BBQ!!! We had the smoked pulled BBQ brisket served warm on a Hoagie Roll & it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! We also shared the smoked mushroom salad & an amazing fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie. The whole meal was so-o-o-o good & fresh with generous portions. I picked up the order & took it home where my hubby agreed while-heartedly with this description. I'll be back!

This place is a little hidden in an office park but definitely worth your time to find! They have fantastic salads all made with house made smoked meats. I also recommend the BLT with thick cut smoked bacon. Great lunch spot!
