The food of this restaurant is always good. I like to come during lunch time bc they'll add noodles during lunch time. The place can get packed during lunch hrs tho. I've been coming a couple times now & usually the service/cashiers are nice. The ppl working there are happy to help you but my experience today was not the best. A little girl w red/orange hair cashier helped my husband & I . But when I went back to ask for a few things - she looks at me like she's smelling shitt. Any customer asks her for help or for a cup of water - she honestly looks like she does NOT want to b here. So I would just watch out for that .But honestly the food is good! Take it to GO!

My kids love the food from here. I think the portions are good for the price. We loyally get the honey chicken with noodles and chicken teriyaki. We've never really tried anything else on the menuCustomer service isn't that great, but we don't come back to see their faces...we just want foooooood.

Cashier has a bad attitude. Place is a s***hole. Nasty bathrooms to match their nasty customer service. You might think the place is abandoned with the big ass plywood that's still up.Their menu also doesn't make sense. You can't get honey chicken with just noodles - I asked, "you can't just put honey chicken on one side and noodles on the other?" "Nope we can't" - WHY? How hard is that. Not coming back. Overpriced for what you get

Update since my review in 2015. Much has changed! They remodeled. It looks more modernized. Menu is the same though. Service was friendly and they were busy at lunch time. Ordered the Bento Box A today with beef. It was $20.50 but it comes with meat, salad, rice, noodles, 2 pot stickers,4 CA roll slices, and a drink. Not bad considering how much food it was. The food was good, not wow factor great but I am satisfied and didn't say eww to anything. I will be back. Kind of forget about them way out this way but there is a Starbucks next door and why we came today.

Oishii is a fast casual teriyaki restaurant that is perfect for a quick lunch. Order took maybe 10 minutes to pick up.Teriyaki chicken + potstickers: BThe chicken was tender and had a good flavor. The sauce they drizzle over is creamy rather than a teriyaki sauce so not what I expected. The noodles were okay and I enjoyed the deep fried potstickers. Basically they were like gyoza.Good amount of food for the price!

I recently stopped by Oishii and ordered the Tuesday lunch combo (to go), which came with rice, noodles, salad, teriyaki chicken, popcorn chicken, and some kind of white aioli. After hiking all morning long, I was super hungry. I've had some disappointing experiences with other restaurants lately, so I decided to go somewhere I KNEW I could trust to make good food. That place was Oishii Teriyaki. First of all, when I picked up my combo box, it felt hefty. I knew right away that I wouldn't be able to finish it all in one sitting, based on the weight alone. The white rice was on point. Perfectly cooked. A little sticky. When I daydream about teriyaki chicken, it tastes like Oishii's teriyaki chicken. It's not drenched in sauce, but the flavor is right. The "popcorn" chicken satisfied my fried chicken craving, although the pieces of chicken were closer to the size of strips than popcorn. I'm unsure what kind of sauce it was dressed in, but it was sweet, tangy, and delicious. The salad was fresh, but it was literally just undressed American salad mix. When I mixed some aioli into it, it tasted like coleslaw. As anyone who knows me (or who has been reading my reviews for a long time) would know, I am mildly allergic to shellfish. In the past, I've had numerous bad experiences with cross-contamination at other teriyaki joints. The number one most important aspect of my teriyaki meal is that it needs to not taste like fish. I shouldn't taste any fish, at all, ever, because I definitely didn't order any.Oishii is pretty good overall, but they messed up a little bit today. My chicken didn't taste like it was cooked on the same grill or in the same oil as the fish, but a very specific area of my to-go box tasted like fish.To someone who eats seafood regularly, I doubt this would have been noticeable, but to me, it was gross. Luckily, only a few bites were affected. Based on my many years of experience in the restaurant industry, I hypothesize that the following scenario probably occurred: the rice, salad, and chicken were put into the box using utensils, but the noodles were grabbed using a glove that had touched sushi. The contaminated hand patted the top of my food down (to make it fit right) before closing it shut. This would explain why a specific hand-sized area of various foods tasted like fish. This doesn't mean that the kitchen is dirty or gross, but simply that the cook failed to change their gloves between touching sushi and touching my food. The guest before me had ordered sushi rolls, so maybe they were being prepared at the same time. In a restaurant that serves both sushi and teriyaki, I'm sure it gets irritating to have to change your gloves every time you go back and forth, but this is why it matters.Overall, most of my meal was good. This has been my only subpar experience with Oishii so far, and I've eaten here a few times. I would still come back here again.

Our office was graciously catered by Oishii this afternoon. I can say that the food was delicious-the veggie tempura spot on - oh and the noodles, were the perfect texture-with a bit of chew to them. The salad was crisp and the dressing super tasty. The team was quiet for the first time in a LONG time while they enjoyed their lunches. So from my office to the team at Oishii, thank you so very much.

Someone had picked up lunch for my husband here and it was great. This weekend we were moving my son to his new house and this was on the way so we figured we would pick up lunch. We ordered online 30 minutes before we would pass through. It smelled delicious. The most notable thing about this experience was the packaging! This food traveled and sat for 2 hours before we ate. It held up nicely. Also notable was the amount of food- Huge portions!I would have liked more broccoli, but that's not really a complaint just a suggestion. Also I requested extra sauce. I wasn't specific enough. I got sauce but not the one I wanted. Tons of food for the $$. Decent food. Fairly priced. Packaged nicely. I would visit again.

This review is solely based on their bento combinations! I had their two meat combo with shrimp teriyaki and popcorn chicken. Comes w/ a side of california roll, miso soup, and tempura. The portion size is huge so I do think you get a good bang for your buck. However, the food itself is not that impressive. Lacks flavor and the rice to meat combo is way off (too much rice). The california roll was a tad too sticky and falling apart. The tempura and miso soup I enjoyed. The service is hard to comment on because we had little to no interactions with the workers. Our food took a while to come out but it may be because of how big our party was. The ambience is just okay. This place seems more like a to-go spot rather than a sit-down restaurant.IG: chelchomps
