NuYo Frozen Yogurt

Needed a sweet treat today, curbside ordering was easy and fast! I have found my new summer go to.Thanks to Kim, Matt & the staff for great service and making it easy!

Fun option for the area with a wide variety of flavors and a huge amount of toppings for you do self-serve.Cold-brew coffee, cookies and cream, peanut butter and chocolate milkshake were a few of the choices tonight.

Super friendly staff and very helpful with tasting the yogurts. Everything was super delicious and I love the giant variety of yogurts they have. Super nice that they have dairy/lactose free flavores as well. Super large and clean inside with lots of space to sit. Definitely your typical froyo vibes. Huge selection of toppings as well as flavored that switch out every now and again. Definitely recommend especially if you're someone is who is lactose since they have such a variety of flavors

This is our favorite froyo spot. It has dairy free which is nice for some people but for me... they have the Toasted Marshmellow flavor. It's amazing. I also like the toppings and the music videos they have on TV. It is very clean. We are regulars

Great food, terrible service. If you like over paying to wait in line for creative an tasty treats, this is the place for you! Seriously, you would have a hard time replicating this kind of experience at home, but here would be some key ingredients for that experience to happen:1. Hire moody, slow, and less than helpful staff2. Find good, fresh ingredients, have many people you don't know touch most of them, then put them back in the original package looking as close to un touched as possible3. Burn a $20 bill while eating...or maybe pass on this place and do literally anything else for dessert, your call.

Very clean, good options, but sometimes the staff have been rude (depends who's working). Overall a very good frozen yogurt place.

Love this place! You pour your own frozen yogurt into a cup and add your fixings! It gets weighed to charge you. So many selections to fix up your frozen yogurt. I always come to this place and the cashiers are always happy!

Lots of options for both the froyo and the toppings. The pomegranate-raspberry was delicious. The fresh fruit could've been a little fresher. Some of the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for a while (mushy and discolored).

Wish I could say my visit was a delightful one, but alas, it was anything but. When I arrived, the ambiance seemed charming enough, with bright colors and a cheery atmosphere. However, my happiness quickly faded when I spotted a roach scuttling across the floor.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to tell the cashier and got the shrug off and was told, "Sorry but. it happens, they are way worse in the back but we are doing our best" Not really sure what that means but the roach sighting was impossible to ignore and left me with zero appetite after realizing its not a one time or rare occurrence apparently. Noticed the price I had paid was really quite high for a single serving as well, this stuff was pretty expensive.

I haven't treated myself to frozen yogurt in years. I was looking forward to this. After the mad rush of high school students, I walked in - with 4 attendants behind the counter. I wasn't so much as greeted. When I asked if I could have a sample cup, I still wasn't greeted and after I was helped, I got my order, and proceeded to the toppings. No one so much as looked up at me or smiled. I made a few friendly remarks and I felt as though I may be invisible. When I checked out - I still wasn't treated in a friendly manner. I'm not one to give bad reviews - but it was truly shocking the lack of customer service. The yogurt was tasty. The place was clean. But I would rather trade toppings on the bar area for at least a smile. And it wasn't that they were busy - the rush had ended. Kindness is key in a business. Sadly I will not return if this is how they treat people.
