Nuyo Frozen Yogurt

I remember going here quite a bit as a teenager and enjoying their froyo. This was a frequent place my family and I would go during summer time.Now, with me being vegan, I had their fruity and orange flavored sorbets and they were both very tasty.

I'm a 12-yr patron of this NuYo location and putting in a 3-star review with the hope that the recent decline in service and offering will be corrected.Things that are still working well are - quality of the yogurts, taste, topping variety, and cleanliness.Of late, however, a few recurring problems are becoming quite bothersome.1. Yogurt variety - All 12 flavors are rarely available, with some dispensers having no yogurt, and of those that are available, some are just variations of the same flavor like Vanilla low-fat and Vanilla sorbet.2. Promptness in refilling flavors is lacking. Earlier the staff would come out and inform us and ask us to wait and within minutes fill it up. Now we keep tilting at the lever but no one seems to bother. (Happened with the fruit mix - pineapple/mango flavor yesterday evening)3. Equipment malfunction - Yogurt does not dispense despite it being there. Again, something that needs prompt staff attention. (Happened with the Flan flavor yesterday evening)4. Service - In 12 yrs, yesterday was the first time, the checkout staff made me put a lid on each takeout container for my group and handed me the brown paper bags for me to bag them by myself!! I have always seen the staff put lids and bag the takeout containers. Also, I observed that all other takeout customers were having to do the same - bagging their own takeouts. Are you not paying them enough? I'm not saying this as a snobbish customer. There is just not enough counter space on the customer's side, with the weighing scale and the POS machine, for the customer to put lids and bag containers while paying for the purchase. I still did it yesterday and it was very very inconvenient.5. Hot fudge is gone!! Are you saving on electricity costs? We are noticing it if you are trying to eke out more profits by keeping costs down.6. I recognize that the majority of staff is a churn of young adult workers but you need a manager who knows the basic expectation of service and can train and monitor the staff to deliver the same.Here's hoping that all of these are addressed and this place goes back to the 5-star offering that I have always admired.

We typically love this place and are frequent patrons. However, the last couple of visits were not the best. Same new young male employee both times. On cell phone til we get to the counter to get rung up. Both times...Not greeted when we enter, didn't say a word except for the total due, had to ask him to enter my rewards phone #, then also request a receipt. Unfriendly, clearly not interested in customer service or experience. We are hoping he is just a summer employee so we can return in the fall. On a positive note, yogurt is good, usual employees are wonderful.

Solid fro yo establishment with a good variety of flavors and toppings. It was empty when we went so fast service, no wait and the kids loved their treat.

good place!! our favorite place to go for froyo, my daughter loves it. always has clean countertops and such, and has a better variety of toppings than a lot of other places. pricing is good (70-something cents an oz). staff has always been good. nothing over the top, but certainly not rude whatsoever. totally come here!

Came here yesterday with my mom and kids. The staff was helpful and very friendly. My daughter was given a sample of the yogurt flavor she wanted before we put it in the dish to make sure she liked it. That was very helpful! The toppings were neat and organized, and there was a large selection. They only had two size, but I just used the smaller size and didn't fill it up much for my kids. The Hawaiian delight I believe the flavor was called, was sooo good! Definitely will want to go back and get it again!

Isabella is such an awesome Nuyo employee. She helped me add toppings I had no idea what they were like mochi to my family's yogurt order. Great service and super friendly.

Great frozen yogurt. But the staff was unfriendly to me and my friend. He raised his voice at us and made us look stupid. And I never wanna go back if he's working I will walk out and be upset

Good frozen yogurt although one of the locations last time I went there we had to leave immediately soon as you open the door you can smell 10 pints all very appetizing and we did not get our yogurt so we left

Delicious flavors, friendly service and lots of options for toppings and other goodies. It's clean and inviting. Highly recommend.
